I am writing about my husband Scott. Scott did 2 tours in Iraq, 30 months he was away from home. My husband left when my oldest daughter was a freshman, when he returned for the final time, she was about to graduate from high school. My husband missed most of my daughters teenage years. Scott has been home for 5 years, but a big part of him still has not come home and probably will never come home. Scott is not the same person he was before but by all means, who could be the same after one has witnessed and survived all the things that they did. I have been so blessed to the fact that he made it home safely and grieve daily the loss of the soldiers that are not so lucky. I would love to be able to win a trip to the mountains, that is one place that he will go to. Alot of places he will not go, crowded places, loud places or if we go to any kind of theatre, we have to make sure that we have an aisle seat so that if he knows he can get out if he needs to. I know that many many are less fortunate than I am, but I thought I would give the winning a chance!!
