This 13 bedroom chalet, custom designed by the famous architect Hubert Bebb of Community Tectonics, was the 1968 Southern Living featured home of the year. The chalet accommodates 40 guests and boasts one of the best views in the Smokies! Grill out, relax in the hot tub, or roast some marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit. With tons of parking and even covered parking too, this cabin is perfect for car shows, motorcyclists, church groups, and family reunions. You can even have a wedding in the outdoor shelter with portable tables and chairs included. At 6,050 ft, your group can spread out in Gatlinburg's best location close to Ober Mountain!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Terrace Gardens Cabin. We had approximately 28 people who showed up out of 34. Everyone enjoyed themselves and everyone said that they loved the cabin. We all had a good time there and enjoyed the view of the cabin and the view from the cabin overlooking the mountains. The size was just right for us, was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We even had visitors from several bear; one young male bear, a mother bear and two cubs came by everyday. Thank s. We had and made a lot of memories at your cabin.

I read some comments on various websites that made me nervous and even called to tell the customer service about my concerns. They were very helpful and investigated every complaint I had read about, most just picky things by possibly rude people, but som e involved pests and inaccurate photes, so I pressed these issues. They reassured me with several followup phone calls and promised me the property would be sprayed if necessary and cleaned immaculately prior to our arrival. It was perfect for our reun ion of 36 people. We were so very happy with this property and my family went on and on about how nice it was. It was very clean, smelled good, had a stocked kitchen, and the hot tub was amazing. There were beds everywhere and even the futons downstairs were comfy for those who had to sleep on one. I will say the pics weren't exactly as pictured, but for the better, they had moved all of the futons to the movie room (and removed the theatre seating),but it was great area for teens to play games and get

My family went for some days and had a wonderful time. Its a beautiful place . It is just like all the pictures. We went out one time and stayed in the rest playing games, eating, and hanging out at the cabin. I will be back next year and i will tell ever yone about it. It was 35 of us and i didnt see some people until it was time to eat. Loved it

We had our wedding and our family and friends stayed the week and had a great time. The staff learned of our plans and helped with extra essentials and because we entertained at the Chalet, they made sure the trash was collected every day. The fire pit was popular with our group so I purchased wood from a vendor on FBs Marketplace and combined with karaoke made for some late night laughs. Sadly, a couple had to work during the day but the Wi-fi served both well and they were able to still have lots of fu n. I will say, at one point, we had all beds full. Bathrooms were never a problem. And if you need quiet space the crowd could not be heard from the movie theater during game nights. All in all, Patriot and Terrance Garden Manor took great care of us.

This place was just perfect for our stay! Plenty of room to accommodate our large group! Was very nice being in the mountains but just a short drive to the Gatlinburg strip! The views are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside pavilion where w e were visited by a mama bear and her 3 cubs one evening! Was an amazing experience! We also took advantage of one of the community pools which was really nice! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Patriot was very accommodating. We had rented a cabin through Heartland Rentals to celebrate New Year's and to get married in. The minute Linda & Janet walked in they could tell there were mold issues. Patriot didn't have any cabins available for the da tes we need . So we called Patriot they had the huge 13 bedroom cabin but it wouldn't be available until New Year's Day. We will only use Patriot and have already booked a cabin to celebrate the 4th if July before we left Pigeon Forge. Patriots staff is so much more friendly then Heartland.

There were so mant great things about this property! Even saw a mamma bear and baby cub one morning. We did not read about the discounts at restaurants until after we went out that first night. We really appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early as opposed to waiting until 4 p.m., which is the normal check in time. We also appreciated the staff picking up some garbage for us. We were having a mini family reunion and there were se veral people in the house, which resulted in lots of trash and we didn't want to encounter any bears. Overall, I think everyone enjoyed the house and we thank you for the experience.

Our group had a great time! The house gave us plenty of room and we enjoyed the amenities and proximity to Gatlinburg and skiing.
