Great experience with Patriot Getaways. The cabin was nice, clean and up to par for our needs. My only suggestions would be to add more living room seating like another recliner or chair. Also, leave more kitchen towels for drying dishes, and probably m ost importantly 😉 put a full length mirror somewhere in the cabin.

My mom and I loved our stay and our cabin! We would definitely stay in this cabin again because it was wonderful! Our first thought walking through the door was how clean it was! The WiFi was too weak to load our movie, but the Blu-ray player saved the day! Our only problem was with the hot tub not working properly, but they had it fixed in less than an hour. We enjoy ed every minute of our stay and have never been more unwilling to end our vacation! We even started planning our next trip while we were still here!!! Only 2 hours from home we would come every weekend for this cabin, A Beary Cozy Escape!

The cabin we stayed looked exactly like the pictures onli ne. The place was clean and spacious for a one bedroom. It offered us everything we needed to make our honey moon wonderful. This cabin was absolutely beautiful. I am a part time housekeeper. I inspected the cabin and cleaned myself and found it was very clean. (I was impressed). I only had to clean the rocking chairs which were outside. My earring fell over behind the bed. I had to pull back the mattresses and thought I would die to see what was underneath. To my dismay, I was impressed. (It was clean). The hot tub was great. The buttons may need a little attention, as we couldn't get it to come on. It finally came on. I was so happy the porch was totally secluded and the rocking chairs on the front and back porches were amazing. The outside grills were clean, kitchen cabinets and even the kitchen utensils and cooking utensils were great. (It even had a slow cooker). The coffee pot is wonderful, refrigerator clean and the pool table was awesome. There were extra pool cue's for pool sticks, just as I was complaining they needed new ones. I was impressed even more. We got the beary cozy cabin at the last minute coming into town. Being a couple that has vacationed many times, we know that pictures most often times? are very misleading. This cabin and the property were a rare surprise. The gated, private community wa s very nice and the cabin was very nice. I really liked the arcade machine, it was a cool blast to the past for an adult. If this is your first time to the are, give yourself at least 4 day's to explore
