This was a fantastic experience. We originally had a condo booked in Gatlinburg but our reservation was changed due to maintenance at the condo. We were moved to the cabin and loved it. I'm bummed though because I believe I left 3 pairs of blue jeans the re. I did speak to someone who was putting in a work order to have the cleaning crew look for them. I would come back here again and definitely recommend your firm to book cabins.

I have used American Patriot several times and have not been disappointed. The cabins are as they are pictures. The parking at this cabin and several of the others is a tight fit. We were ok we only had one car.

we had a leaking kitchen sink and call and it was resolved quickly and and the maintenance lady was so friendly and fast. we would recommend this cabin and loved that it was so easy to find and close to the parkway. This is about the 7th cabin i have rente d and loved everyone cause there is no 2 alike.

Alpine Something Blue was just the size we needed for our 30th Anniversary celebration. We enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi tub. We would stay there again. It was quite and peaceful.

I am was pleased with the choice we made booking this cabin. If you are looking for something easy to get to with a simple and safe drive, this cabin is for you! It is in a "subdivision" with about four cabins side by side but don't let that detail scare y ou. As soon as you step out onto the patio you can't even tell you have neighbors. The hottub is on a back separate patio with no access other than the bedroom door. From out there the view would trick anyone into believe you were in a secluded cabin. The cabin is literally two minutes from downtown pigeon forge so the drive is perfect for people like my husband and I that were nervous about driving into the mountains. The cabin was the perfect size for our family. We have one child and the three of us fit perfectly in this cabin. The pool table is a nice touch for free and relaxing entertainment after a busy day in downtown. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. I did bring plastic silverware and paper plate just for easy clean up

This is our second time with this cabin. The resort setting and the proximity to the expressway are what won us over. The cabin was just the right size for two people. The décor is what really caught my wife's eye since she's a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan. Looking forward to many more memories in the near future.

Sommer did a wonderful job handling our issue. We had some concerns/issues with our car driving up the mountains and we asked if she can move us to another cabin. She called us a few minutes later with a new cabin and it was perfect.
