We had a wonderful time at Black Bear Ridge. It was a getaway weekend with me & my husband, our son and daughter in law and grandkids. The cabin was perfect, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Loved the hot tub!! While we were there we saw a mama bear and 4 cubs!! The kids were so excited!! (Yeah, the adults were too...lol). We would definitely come back again. Wonderful weekend retreat!

It was a great getaway, I would definitely go back. There was only one problem with our hot water, the breaker switch to the water heater had some how got tripped after the first night, but I am sure it was just a mistake maybe caused by the weather or so mething, either way it was an easy fix and minor problem. All in all it was a very clean cabin, with an awesome view.

We rode through Cades Cove looking for a bear on Saturday. I told them they would come nearer seeing a bear at our cabin. Sure enough on Sunday morning my sister-in-law saw a bear who had knocked over the garbage cans. Also the view was spectacular.

We had a wonderful time at your cabin. We would stay again. The only thing is we arived at night and we had a hard time seeing the signs that you had. We think you should at least put some reflecting paint or tape so you could also see them at night for th e people that come in late. Also we had to get more toilet paper we ran out for the amount of people we had there was not enought for the days we were staying i guess. But we did have a great time and would go again mabie for longer. Thanks for a good time . Chantelle
