The cabin was great it was a family time.Perfect for a soon to be two years. Old.,great grandchild. Very safe for him. So close to every thing. We all loved the big screen. The staff, was very helpful. When I had trouble with the key code. We alr eady made reservation for next year. Going to the top of the mountains. But with Patriotgetaways.

American Patriot Getaways has a user-friendly site and plenty of cabins to choose from. We stayed at Patriot Pointe and it was very roomy. Everything was clean and we had no maintenance issues.

Plenty of space for family of nine, beds were comfortable , living room furniture was worn and could use an update, close to parkway, kids enjoyed the pool table, kitchen was well equipped just would have liked better instructions for the lockbox and alarm .

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We were in town for our daughter's wedding in the Smokies and the cabin we rented was very clean and well maintained. The only recommendation I would make would be to install more hooks or towel bars so t bath towels could dry instead of having to wash them every night. Overall--a great experience

This was a great value for the money. It was so nice and the staff was superior. So helpful we had a problem with the propane on the BBQ and with all the women in this cabin we needed extra toilet paper in a matter of minutes we had everything taken care of.

My family and I loved this cabin, it was everything we hoped it would be. The rooms were all great. We only stayed for 3 days, and it still wasn't enough time to enjoy all it had. This was a nice cabin! Large enough for our group of thirteen. Six being grandkids eleven down to three years old! Close to everything! Our six year old granddaughter told me she wanted to live in this cabin! The movie room was a big hit! There does need to be more dish towels and dish cloths! But we would stay again! Really enjoyed our visit! Thank you!

Patriot Pointe was awesome! We had 10 people, including 2 young children, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was close enough to the "strip" to be convenient, yet far enough away that it was quiet. There was plenty of parking sp ace which was nice. The only problem we encountered was not being able to watch TV in the theatre room; we could only watch DVD's. We called maintenance, who arrived promptly, but a sign in the theatre room advising we could only watch DVD's would have b een adequate and saved a maintenance call. Otherwise it was a great time and I would definately rent this home again!!

It was great that the cabin was so close to everything, however, the huge parking lot was a bit of a let down. But the cabin was nice, beautifully decorated. We had a vist from a skunk (In the garbage can) and a pesky raccoon in the trash!! Just like th e wilderness!! The theatre room was lovely, the bathroom near the stairs in the hallway seemed to have an odor problem. But all in all good times were had by all!
