Staff made it very easy to extend our stay. Really enjoyed having a clean cabin. Very helpful to have instructions labeled on remotes and equipped with working batteries. (Not always the case). Directions given to the cabin were excellent.

Beautiful cabin in a nice quiet area. We had problems will cell service in the cabin but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The cabin has a landline phone which worked fine if there was an emergency.

We have stayed in several cabins before, but this one by far was the best. I love the convenience of just calling to get your code for the cabin instead of actually having to visit a check in location. The cabin was extremely clean. We loved everything abo ut it.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Our biggest concern about it was that the water has a strong,pungent sulfur smell. The road leading up to the cabin was narrow, especially the last mile or so leading up to the resort. We had to stop and back up twice in order to allow oncoming traffic to pass. All that being said, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Pleasant stay!!! Definitely would return and recommend to others. One small issue to take into consideration. The landline at the cabin had lot of static. On the day of departure we had a car break down. Since the cell signals are not dependable, we had t o rely on the landline to call for help. It's a minor issue, our experience was not interfered in any way, we just wanted to bring it to your attention for future customers.Thank you.v/rJoe.

We were quite surprised with the property. We weren't 100% sure what to expect as far as was bedding provided? Was there going to be toilet paper/paper towels? Towels? It was so nice to get there and all of these things were provided. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working the second last day of our stay. We went out to explore and when we came back, the cabin was nice and cool. Our girls loved the upstairs. The cabin was beautiful and we were quite impressed with everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

I had some first timers to the rental and they loved it. This was also the first time renting from APG and defiantly plan to rent from only APG in the future. Great cabin. But had 3 minor issues. 1 Dish washer had no water supply. 2 Sharp nail head in floor going from kitchen to living room. The nail was in the strip holding down the carpet. 3 Broken phone. Had to spend some time to determine what the problem was. Unplugged the broken phone and the second phone work just fine. When I called and booked the room the staff was wonderful she even got me to book a additional night because of the price and her kindness. I had never been to Gatlinburg before this weekend i plan on returning very soon. The cabin was fantastic, clean ve ry nice. Next time i come back i plan on staying in sorenity cove again and trying out each different cabin. I just wish it didnt rain the whole weekend. We had a great time and will be booking again with you in 2 months! This is our new vacation spot fo r our weekend get aways. I could not have ask for better service or a better cabin.
