Rustic Ranch was amazing. We had a fabulous time at this cabin. It is spacious, not far from the parkway, and quiet. We like that it wasn't located on hilly terrain. We will be back here again soon!

We loved staying at the Rustic Ranch and hope to come again! It's close to so many attractions but far enough out that we saw a dozen wild turkeys in the back yard. Wonderful to have the bunk house for a senior couple to have some privacy.

Second year vacationing in Tennessee Cabin was great. Location excellent. Bear experience was extra, for a person from Louisiana who never experience this it was eye opening. Now, alligators we know but bears no. Person I talk with was very helpful in answering all my concerns. The maintenance guy came fast and clean up all the mess left behind by the bear. We really enjoyed staying at Rustic Ranch. It may be our favorite cabin to date. We will be staying in it again. I loved the fact that we didnt have to climb to the top of a mountain to reach it. Rustic Ranch is a great cabin! Location is great, especially in the winter months, no big hills. There were a few cobwebs hanging from some lights, but otherwise the cabin was very clean. More lights are needed outside by the hot tub, kinda dark out there with just the porch lights. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This cabin is great for pets! A small yard in the back and a good size area in the front made our puppy very happy!

The location was perfect for the day trips we had planned and the unexpected. Elvira's Cafe was delicious are hoping to to stay there again. Our refrigerator was out and we didnt realize it until after we went to the store. I called the after hours number. The operator dispatched a maintenance person to come have a look. He came with coolers and ice about 11 that night. The next day they se nt someone to fix the fridge. I just appreciated the prompt attention to our issue. We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.

Rustic Ranch is our favorite because it has NO steps easy to get to,close to everthing I think we have stayed there 4 times on Valentines week. Pet friendly is another reason ,if a place isn't pet friendly we don't go. That is why we left Mt. Laure s because they stopped being pet friendly,Thanks to Veronica and Paige for great service .

Our stay at the Rustic Ranch exceeded our expectations! I have stayed in cabins in the past where the website pictures did not truly reflect the space. This was NOT the case with the Rustic Ranch...semi-secluded, quiet, beautiful and clean cabin. We tho roughly enjoyed our stay! When we visit the Smoky Mountains in the future, we will definitely see if the Rustic Ranch or other American Patriot Getaways property is available.

We had a severe storm come through and knocked out power for about15 hours. This was the first cabin that we have stayed at that had emergency lights installed. This was great save. I urge all property owners to install these. This cabin is also very handi cap accessible. With absolutely no stairs and wide door ways and bars in both bathrooms. This cabin far exceeded our expectations and made our vacation great. We look forward to staying with American patriot getaways again in couple months. See you soon!!

This was our first time visiting with My Mother-in-law who is limited when it comes to stairs inside and out , as well as our Shepard who just had knee surgery. We stayed at Rustic Ranch in Pigeon Forge, TN. The cabin was exactly as website showed, very nice, clean, only a mile or so from main strip. A beautiful home to stay in & pet friendly too. Only complaints were minor: only 1 ice tray in freezer and no i ce maker in fridge - bummer. Also, bed pillows were very flat & thin. I was surprised to find a dog bed with toys in it for your dog & feeding bowls too- so thoughtful. Would stay there again.
