This was a first time for us renting a cabin and it was truly an amazing experience. The cabin was beautiful and very well stocked with all kitchen items we would need along with plenty of towels, dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The view from the cabi n was gorgeous! The drive to the cabin was a little scary but my husband became a pro after a few drives up and down the mountain. The internet slows down later in the evening but it didn?t bother us because we had so much fun playing pool, foosball and working on puzzles and playing the board games that were available in the cabin. There was a minor item that needed to be fixed and American Patriot Getaways took care of it promptly. Will definitely use this company again and would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Absolutely amazing views! The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only 2 drawbacks are the internet was nonexistent, and the refrigerator was very slow to cool the food. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely visit agai n. You?re so close to everything, but also have a lot of privacy to enjoy yourself at your leisure.

Our stay was amazing. Lots of room and a great view. We had an issue with some bees on the deck, but otherwise was a great time. The hot tub was great along with the game rooms. Parking is a little smaller than what the picture looks like, but we would def initely stay here again. The kids loved the ?big house?.

Everything was perfect. Clean. No bugs. No problems. It was the perfect place for our family to be together, yet have our own space and share the common areas. The game room was great--shot a lot of pool! The roads to it were a little scary with one- lane spots but never ran into anyone. The best view ever. We took so many pictures of it! Just beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view is what drew us to rent this cabin. The cabin itself was gorgeous and very clean. We loved that the driveway was more level than the others as we were driving a full size truck with a trailer (not the easiest thin g to drive in the mountains, Might bring my Wrangler next time =P) We were not sure how to get the shower to work in the master bathroom so we just showered upstairs (not a deal breaker especially when you walk out of the upstairs bathroom to see that amaz ing view again) The staff was friendly and helpful. I would refer anyone to this cabin. I want to thank you and your staff also the owners for allowing us to stay in this beautiful cabin. This vacation meant a lot to us, thank you for being part of it.

The Southern Sunrise cabin was everything and more that we hoped it would be. After a few long days out and about in the towns, it was so nice to have somewhere so comfortable to come back to and relax. The location was perfect, right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. From the time we arrived we really felt at home and the views from our balcony was truly breathtaking. We even extended our stay. This was the first time my family came together and got a cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin was great and was able to fit us all comfortably. Only issue we had was with the microwave and we called maintenance on it once noticed. They were quick to come out an d fix the issue. Overall, this property was great and not far from downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would suggest this to any family.

Really good experience, fully stocked cabin as identified on website, felt and looked really clean, great views and really private. Would recommend this cabin for two families as there is room for personal space. The only thing I would even say about the cabin was the quality of the decks, both were safe but there is some maintenance required ie. nails sticking out -boards need replacing. As we were leaving there maint guys on site to do some deck maintenance. Good times for all

Wonderful experience and stay! The view is uncomparable/breathtaking. Kitchen was well equipped with all the extras! We arrived here on 7/23/2016 and are staying for two weeks This place is everything advertised I'm afraid that after writing this review it will be arder to get this cabin again but here it goes. Kitchen. More than adequate main living area is just as pictured. Furniture is new and very comfortable. Tv in main area is large hi def with great speaker. All bedrooms have great beds and bedding. Master has a bathtub shower combo. So good for the little ones. Game room is super. Large sitting areas outside on two levels in the back and a great front porch. Even during a downpour we were able to sit on the front porch. This house is new as well as everything in it. We like it so much that even though we stil have another week here we are making reservations for three weeks next year. Accessibility to downtown pigeon forge is a twelve minute ride down the mountain. In my past reviews I have been very honest with shortcomings this place has none.

Whenever a family member or friends is looking to book a cabin I always recommend American Patriot Getaways.... My family and I just stayed at this cabin through the 4th of July and we Loved it.... The location was great... there are no neighbors close by.... we could see a few other cabins but they were not close by.... The views from this cabin is wonderful and the sunrise in the morning is awesome... I recommend getting up early enough, at least one morning, to enjoy the sunrise.

We had a group of 6 teenagers and 4 adults. This cabin was SO clean! That is a big deal for moms. The cabin felt brand new. There was a little something for everyone... we played a lot of pool in the game room, fixed a lot of meals and snacks, and someone was always in the hot tub or enjoying the views from the decks. I would book this cabin again!!!

Eight of us on a girls trip. Outstanding cabin! We were all pleased with the cabin, location, view, furnishings, etc. Perfect for our stay! Would definitely rent this cabin again. Very relaxing and private, clean and easy to maintain. Great cabin layou t and a lot to entertain us. Something for everyone. We didn't want to leave! Our only suggestions would be to provide pillowcases for the extra pillows which were available for our use and more than 1 kitchen towel as we did quite a bit of cooking. We had a bit of trouble with the detailed remotes for the TV and operation of WIFI, but a quick call and a prompt visit by our friendly maintenance man fixed everything for us. Thank you and we'll be back!

Overall we had a great experience. The cabin was just a advertised and very clean and orderly. Good and easy parking for all 3 vehicles we had. We got locked out right after we got there and they were there within the hour to get us back in the cabin, so w e were very pleased with the customer service. We could not get the TV/DVD to work in the main living area but the other TV's did work easily. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

I have stayed with APG for three out of the last four years. Last year I made the mistake of booking a cabin with another company because they had a larger, luxury cabin that was in an area I liked. I will never make that mistake again. I missed the cleanl iness and ease I was used to with APG. For the first time we had a few minor issues that I contacted the office about when we arrived. The maintenance guy arrived quicker than I thought possible and corrected every problem. The internet did not work the n ext day, but that was okay since we were trying to get away fro everyday life. We loved our stay in Southern Sunrise. It is an amazing cabin with spectacular views! We would love to stay there again. I would say the only comments I have are that a small dresser is needed on the upper level bedroom with the king size bed. There wa s no place to put clothes. Also some additional instructions are needed on how to use the dvd player. We could not get the movie to show on the TV(even tho we could hear it) in the main living area. Thank you for making our Christmas vacation such a won derful experience.

I was very impressed with the cabin. We travel quite a lot and all over and always use deluxe accommodations that sometimes are not so deluxe when you get there, but this cabin was everything it represented and I was particularly impressed with the cleanli ness of the place (I'm real picky about this) and the bathrooms, kitchen and bedding were all impeccable. The only reason I gave you a B on maintenance was because the DVD player was not working and someone came out ( a very nice man who tried very hard to fix it) but was unable to resolve it and a technician was supposed to follow up and never did. Anyhow we bought a DVD player and that took care of it, so no big deal, just a minor inconvenience, nothing to change my mind about the overall experience with your services and accommodations. I have a suggestion, not sure it can be resolved at this point, but the entrance to the staircase that leads downstairs to the playroom could use a door because when you have a group playing downstairs the noise easily flo

OMGosh.....This cabin was absolutely gorgeous, everything that your site showed. We called regarding the trash and you were there the following morning and very nice ladies we chatted with. I will definately recommend your company and properties.... My only recommendation would be to have the Serenity Cove North sign illuminated from the front or bottom.... We drove right by it the first time because the side lights did not shine on the sign it cast a shadow... We drove around looking at the o ther cabins and we think we picked a great one....The others looked wonderful but some of the driveways getting in and out looked a bit scary.... I will only stay with APG in the future. No one else comes close on service and taking care of the customer. Problems always occur. What sets APG apart is how these problems are handled. APG is heads and shoulders above the others that we have stayed with. There was always a follow up call to make sure things were addressed, and problems were always fixed within an hour.... Southern Sunrise is breathtaking.....I only wish that we could have stayed another week. I hope that it is still affordable next yea r..... My only criticism is cabin prep. It is obvious that a checklist is needed....several little things such as shower door off track, thermostat was off and needed reset, water conditioner off and out of salt...all taken care of quickly, but they sho uld have been caught before we checked in. We had issues with bugs and scorpions, but this is to be expected ...and Orkin came within 30 minutes of our calling APG...awesome service

The cabin was truly one of the loveliest cabins I have ever seen. The location, the furnishings, the solitude, the view...WOW! It was all gorgeous! I really don't think we could have had a better experience than the one we had with your company. We will de finitely contact you again for our cabin rental needs. The only constructive criticism I can think of is that the location of the sub woofer of the surround sound system was in an odd location. It was in the hallway while the other speakers were positio ned around the living room. Also it would have been a bonus to have some plastic cups on hand for children in addition to the nice glasses that were there. Also it would have been nice to have a scratcher on hand to clean the pots and pans in the kitchen. Thanks for a fabulous time!
