- Once a special has been booked and confirmed that reservation may not be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- Specials apply towards remaining homes only.
- Cleaning fees, processing fees and all appropriate taxes apply to each special booked.

- ALL SPECIALS EXCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE DENOTED.
- **Specials DO NOT apply to previously booked or changed reservations. All previously booked reservations cannot be cancelled and then rescheduled to receive a promotion or special discount.
- The minimum fee to make a change on a 1 or 2 bedroom is $150.00 and on 3 bedrooms or larger the fee is $350.00.
