Our Management Team

Each team member is immediately welcomed as a Patriot. Patriots have an intense desire to take care of our Guests and Partners, work together, have fun, and be rewarded. The American Patriot Getaways culture requires us to be tough on results, but kind with people. It is a culture where leaders are focused on serving Guests and Partners while supporting their Patriots. Patriots know they are valued and that situations special to them will be handled with respect and concern.

The fastest and most efficient way to communicate with our management team is via email.

It’s not that we do not wish to talk with you, but our staff is very busy trying to maximize your bookings and manage your property. We do realize that some conversations are better had over the phone and we would be happy to speak with you any time. If you would like to have a face to face meeting, please call ahead or email us to set up a time so that we can give you our undivided attention. As you know, after 2:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday is our front office's busiest time of the week due to the number of check-ins. If you could avoid calling our office during these times it would be much appreciated. Tying up the lines and the front desk staff during these times may cause some inconveniences for our guests as well as not allowing our staff to spend the time needed to address your issues. Obviously we want to talk with you and handle any and all issues you may have but if they can be addressed at any other time than these or via email, it would be greatly appreciated and we will be able to give you the undivided attention you deserve. We appreciate your understanding and courtesy.
