Front Desk and Management Offices

 

 

    Located in Pigeon Forge, TN

Our conveniently located office complex is just off the parkway at Traffic Light #1 in Pigeon Forge. While most of our guests enjoy the convenience of our “at the property lock box” check-ins, our great location allows us to provide the personal service that some guests prefer. Regardless, they all receive American Patriot Getaways personal customer service and hospitality.

Housekeeping Department

Located in Seveirville, TN

Our Housekeeping complex is located away from the parkway and the heavy traffic.

 

 

Reservations and Accounting Office

 

Located in Owensboro, KY

Due to the high volume of reservation calls our reservations staff is in a separate location, where they handle only reservation calls. Without the distractions of normal office calls the reservationists can take more time with the potential guests, helping them to tailor their vacation needs to the perfect rental property.
