Dear Owner,

                Due to some confusion regarding spring cleans, we have enclosed a contract for spring cleaning. Please fill out this contract and return to us ASAP. March 1st we will begin spring cleans. Please DO NOT assume that since you have verbally spoken with someone in our offices or that we always know that you perform your owner spring clean, that your cabin will be taken off the spring clean list. ONLY a signed and timely returned contract can guarantee you that you will not be charged for a spring cleaning or be responsible for charges of a spring clean.

                These cleans will be scheduled during the weekdays as not to interfere with any weekend bookings. The cabin will be blocked for 2-4 days depending on the size of the cabin. The cabin will be checked by our housekeeping manager, Berny Villalobos.

The prices for spring cleans are:   1 bedroom  $150.00; 2 bedrooms $250.00; 3 bedrooms $350.00  

                                   4 bedrooms or larger – Will have to get an estimate, contact Summer or Jana.

During this process the following cleaning is performed:

KITCHENS:

- Clean oven, stove pans, range hood and

   clean vent filter

- Clean out refrigerator inside & out,

   removing all drawers and shelving

- Clean under and behind stove and 

   refrigerator, and vacuum condenser coils

- Clean out and wipe down all cabinets 

   inside & out, check dishes for cracks,

   dried food, etc

- Scrub out sinks, removing any stains, 

   waters spots etc, polish chrome

- Scrub down floors, paying special attention

   to corners and seams

- Wipe down/polish table and chairs, backs 

   and legs

- Clean all windows reachable from ground 

   level inside & outside

- Remove all dust from tongue & groove 

  walls & all  cobwebs

 

OTHER:

- Replace needed light bulbs and air filters

- Replace needed pillows &/or mattress pads

- Make beds, place towels, soaps, paper

  products, & trash bags in needed locations

- Make a list of any needed maintenance or

  replacement items

- If there is a game room, clean all games 

  and parts, replace supplies if needed

- Make a list and report of any needed 

  maintenance, or replacement supplies

- Turn in kitchen inventory list so we can

   adjust as we see necessary

- There will be an additional charge for high

  viewing windows

- There will be an additional charge for 

  pressure cleaning decks, or exteriors

 

 
GENERAL LIVING AREAS:                                                                                 

- Clean all ceiling fans and light fixtures

- Remove all cobwebs (high areas included)

- Remove all dust from tongue and groove walls

- Clean all door frames, baseboards, light switch  

   covers, outlet covers

- Vacuum under couch cushions, under all  

   furniture, around all baseboards

- Vacuum all curtains, valances

- Clean all mini blinds, front and back

- Polish all furniture

- Clean all windows reachable from ground level

   inside and outside

 

BEDROOMS:

- Launder all comforters, valances, bed skirts,

   blankets & mattress pads

- Flip mattresses

- Remove all dust from tongue & groove walls

- Polish all furniture & wipe out all drawers

- Vacuum under beds, under furniture and all

   baseboards

- Remove all cobwebs

- Clean all windows from ground level inside and

   outside

 

BATHROOMS:

- Bleach all jacuzzis

- Deep clean bathroom, launder or change shower - curtain

- Clean blinds, and valances, window and door

  trim & baseboards

- Clean all windows reachable from ground level

   inside and out

- Clean light fixtures, outlet covers, switch plates

- Thoroughly clean floors, removing all dirt, glue,

   Etc. paying special attention to corners

- Remove all dust from tongue and groove walls &

   all cobwebs

 

DECKS:

- Sweep off all decks, outside walls, removing all  

   cobwebs, etc

- Clean outside light fixtures

- Scrub down trash cans

- Clean all windows reachable from ground level 

   inside and outside
