AGE AND WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
At Wahoo Zip lines we strive to offer you the safest, thrilling ride in the Smokies. Due to the nature of the course and the safety of our guests, participants should be between the ages of 8-80 and weigh between 60-280 pounds. Please note that this is for your safety and if your weight is questionable we have a scale in our office.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
At Wahoo Zip lines we require each guest to sign a release of liability. If a guest is under the age of 18 they must have a parent or guardian sign with them. All guests are required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and release of liability waiver prior to their tour taking place.
RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be done by calling our Guest Services office at 1-866-367-4838 or while you make your reservation for an American Patriot Getaways cabin at 1-800-204-5169. *****please pay close attention to your assigned tour time as late comers can NOT join the group already in progress. No refund will be offered for late comers as spaces are limited and guests have been turned away for your spot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Wahoo Zip lines has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled Wahoo Zip lines tour, you will receive a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of scheduled Wahoo Zip lines tour.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Wahoo Zip lines may temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightening, thunder, heavy rains or high winds. At Wahoo Zip lines your safety is always our first concern, if the tour is canceled, tour guests will receive a refund or a voucher equal to the amount they paid. Please note that tours may continue in the rain and the 24 hour cancellation policy will apply.
