We had a leak in the game room the first night it rained so it didn't get reported until late. There was a guy out that same night to inspect and get a roofing repair scheduled. Great customer experience!

Beautiful cabin. We loved our stay at Black Bear Magic. The cabin was large enough for all seven of us and the view from the porch was amazing. It?s about 10 minutes from grocery store & Family Dollar & a few minutes further from the National Park. Black Bear Magic lived up to its name?a mama bear and her 3 cubs came by one morning. It was the highlight of our vacation. Definitely recommend this cabin.

This is our 2nd visit to the Black Bear Magic cabin. We love the setup it is perfect for our group. The cabin is always clean and perfectly appointed. We love the location for the places we like to go. We definitely enjoyed using the fire places this time. It was a cool week and they came in very handy on the cool nights.

Our stay at Black Bear Magic was terrific. The check in/check out process was, as always, very easy. We booked last minute and Patriot Getaways is our favorite cabin rental in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We were thrilled to find something in Octobe r within 2 weeks of our expected travel dates. This is the 5th time we have used Patriot Getaways over the years. Black Bear Magic cabin has a nice layout and was perfect for our trip. The drive into the cabin and directions were very easy to follow. We easily made it up the mountain road in our FWD mini-van with no issues. The drive way for this cabin has been recently paved and allows you enough space to turn around. The cabin is very well appointed. It shows some age in some areas, as all rentals do , but was overall clean and spacious. Housekeeping in the cabin was great, there were plenty of linens, and the washer/dryer was in good working order. The porches are nice and there is a nice wooded view of the mountain that can be viewed from the rocki

The cabin was excellent! The layout was great. Lots ofStorage for our belongings. The beds were comfortable. It was a reasonable driving distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We definitely would stay again- hopefully when there isnt a pandemic sp reading through the area.

Quality of the cabin was Very Good. Four bed rooms, two with king size beds. One of these bed rooms are under sized for a king size bed. Great location. The gas fire place was a very nice extra for the cabin.

We met the Raccoon!!!!!! It woke us up at 5 am as it came down the side of the cabin. We took some friends with us on this trip and they had a great time. The cabin was the perfect size for the 8 of us. I liked the turnaround area in the driveway. It made getting in and out so much easier. The well stocked kitchen was a blessing. There were enough pots, pans, and appliances to fix a meal for an army. The kids loved the tv in each bedroom and the billiard table. This was a very nice place to bring family or friends. Thank you for a very carefree and enjoyable stay. Home run for the owners and APG.

Our family greatly enjoyed the time spent at this cabin. There where a few minor concerns, but definately just minor issues. Would book this cabin again for future visits. Anyone who stays should keep their eyes on the big picture windows as there is a rather friendly raccoon who sits outside one, and if you approach and place your hand on the window he reaches up and pats the window like giving you a high-five! Would recommend making absolute sure the garbage is secure, as we woke up the 2nd morning to find something had raised the lid, drug the garbage can out and scattered it everywhere. Wonderful family experience and a great way to have some quality time in a quiet serene location. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I am still at awe with the cabin, it was everything and more than what we expected. Clean, comfortable and so relaxing, It will be hard for me to come back to Gatlinburg and not stay in this cabin. The cabin was beautiful and so peaceful. Our family had a great time. We were pleased that the cabin was so well furnished with kitchen supplies and everything was spotless when we arrived. We picked blackberries by the driveway and listened to the bull frogs at night. The rocking chairs on the deck provided several hours of joy. Thank you for allowing us to use the property and if the chance presents itself we would definitely stay at a facility of yours. We are also recommending it to everyone we tell about our trip.
