We absolutely loved the cabin! Was nice having no other ones around and the closeness to the strip was amazing! We even saw a bear on one of the nights!
The cabin was beautiful & clean! Our family had a very enjoyable week and we are booking this cabin again for next year!! Plenty of cooking & baking pans, dishes etc! Awesome, beautiful view!

Elk Horn Lodge was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing and the cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. I also liked the fact that it was very close to everything in gatlinburg and easy to get too! I will definitely stay here everytime we come to The Smokey's!

Great location within walking distance of downtown yet far enough away to have bears visit the cabin. Everyone mentioned how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware. The parking lot was a little tight but we got 5 vehicles in it. The cabin was very spacious and the bedrooms all large and about the same size. The air conditioners and hot tub all worked great. The theater room was very nice and the picture quality and sound was excellent using cable tv. We wanted to watch an Amazon Prime movie using a cellphone but we were unable to figure it out using the USB port. I think we could have done it using the hdmi port to our phone but I didn't see a cable for it. Instructions would be great if it is possible to do. Other than that my only suggestion would befor them to get the carpets steam cleaned otherwise the cabin was very clean.
Stayed at Elk Horn from 4/2/16 to 4/9/16 and it was fantastic. Kids and adults loved the cabin. Plenty to do with the theater room, arcade, pool table and hot tub. There was tons of space and a great view as well! Location is perfect; literally a minute from the national park and downtown Gatlinburg. The only issue we had was we would have preferred to have had a vacuum on hand since we had a bunch of children in the house. They did provide a broom upon request, but there was nothing to sweep carpets.But who cares?! If that's our biggest issue, then you know we had a great vacation! Can't wait to go back to Elk Horn!
We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful 5 bedroom cabin. The two teenage boys and two preteen girls loved their own rooms on the game room floor. The two married couples enjoyed their own suites, mom and sister shared the master BR on the main floor. It isa good location to downtown but the steep roads leading to cabin require someone in excellent physical shape to make the walk.
Despite the rain all week, we had a great time. The cabin was perfect for my family. My niece showed a co-worker the web site after I booked the cabin. They were very impressed and booked it for May 2016.
