We had the best stay! Our original cabin that was booked had an issue with the hot tub, the staff was awesome in finding us another cabin that was even better than the first! Thank you so much!

Minus our neighborhood bear family we had a really great time. The cabin could use some updated furniture and bedding, but all-in-all it was a great trip.

I could not be any happier with this cabin and the services that Patriot Getaways provided. Our first night at the cabin was colder than we expected and unfortunately, the heating and air shut off and the upstairs fireplace wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk and they were incredibly polite and understanding. They ended up sending two maintenance guys who were incredibly friendly and professional who got the heat working for us again. The rest of our stay was picture perfect! The cabin is not far fromGatlinburg, the hot tub was perfect for late nights, and the pool table/game room entertained us into the early hours of the morning. The beds were incredibly comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ten adults, three kids, and two babies. We will be returning next year for another family reunion. This cabin and this company were both a great investment!

The Gatlinburg Lodge was sooooooo amazing! We had five couples and we all were comfortable with the spacing and size. The beds were OMG COMFY! I had been dealing with a back problem for a week and one night in the bed here my back felt ten times better.The staff was super friendly. Everytime I called customer service they were Extremely helpful! Our car broke down on the last day and the staff helped my family on the day of check out in so many ways. I am for ever greatful and thankful for this companyand will most definitely use them everytime in Gatlinburg. I really wish they were in another vacation cities.Reading previous comments someone mentioned the grill was falling apart. It was great for use and looked new so maybe it was replaced. This cabin is in a great location and at the top of a mountain. Ober Gatlinburg is right up the street. This was convient because they have an aeiral tram that goes downtown. We even saw five bears at the chalet. Only recommendation would be to keep the area mountain around it clean because the bears were after the trash that spilled down from others. Other members of my group suggest a gate, of some kind, to the stairs because the bears were on the bottom deck twice. This was scary for us but exciting as well. We had a group from ages 2 to 46, and we all had a blast and was very comfortable.

We stayed at the Over Gatlinburg for a family vacation. It was newly renovated and clean. Everything we needed was in the cabin. So we basically only had to buy groceries. We had a mixture of ages from 15 months to 42, and everyone was comfortable. We would definately stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this cabin and it was clean and comfortable. I would suggest they replace the barbecue grill because the bottom is falling out and because it is on the top porch this could be a problem. Some of the kitchen chairs are not that sturdy and probably should be replace or fixed before someone gets hurt after sitting in them. These issues are minor and I would not take away from my stay for these issues. We were totally satisfied with our stay here.
