It was a perfect little cabin for us!! The view was perfect as well. We got to see a Mom bear and her cubs under our cabin balcony leaving it a more wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back! We also loved how close it was to down town Gatl inburg and Pigeon Forge!

We noticed the small upgrades from our most recent trip to the cabin. The new stainless steel appliances, furniture layout, and the dining table make it feel like a new cabin. The view from the hot tub was excellent and we experienced wildlife right outsid e our cabin. It felt secluded away from the hustle bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but it was only a short distance to take part in the local activities.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The cabin?s location was perfect. The view was amazing, and it was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, yet sufficiently remote. We got a little lost coming in the first day. However, we called the number pro vided in the email, and your staff got us there with no problem. We have already discussed coming back.

We arrived to find the cabin very clean and had everything we needed! Such a cozy little place and we enjoyed it very much. We even saw a bear outside of our cabin on our visit! The front service desk provided us with trash bags without an issue when we fo und we didn?t have any. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time at Lumber Jack Lodge. The check in process was efficient and the staff assisted in adjusting our dates with no issue. It was in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Mountain View and privacy from the adjacent cabin was fantastic. A family of blacks bears took a stroll past our cabin. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway to the smokies.

Loved this cabin! It was very cozy and clean. Even though there?s a cabin nearby, we found it to be very private. We loved that we got to bring our little dog with us too! I see a lot of comments about the drive up, but my husband and I didn?t find it to be too bad and we have a Toyota Corolla. Will definitely be booking with you again!

My family and I could not have asked for a better trip, cabin or time . We have a million new memories and hopefully a new tradition of staying in pigeon forge with American Patriots. Our cabin was perfect in every single way. It was a little scary to reac h and it doesn?t include WiFi so the kids had to suck it up but that was not an issue for me at all. It was very secluded and at the top of the mountain . The view was spectacular and the bed and netted tub was even better. I have no words of how happy I was for the all around trip that we took . We live in Florida but are already trying to plan our next get away for the upcoming year .

This was our first time staying at a cabin in Tennessee and we had an amazing experience. The cabin was very clean and there is a perfect Mountain View. Although there is another cabin nearby, the deck is private and and we didnt even notice the neighbo rs. If you dont mind driving curvy roads to get here, I would definitely recommend this cabin.

The only comment I would like to drop in the box is that the cabin needs an additional deck chair. There was only one rocking chair outside, which was disappointing because my spouse and I enjoy drinking coffee together outside in the mornings. It is too l ovely of a view for only one person to enjoy in comfort. We had to bring a kitchen table chair outside; which was not exactly comfortable.

Our stay at Lumberjack Lodge was fantastic! Much bigger than we expected, very accommodating, and we found that we didn't even need to bring half the kitchen stuff we had packed. Very clean cabin, comfy bed, and the hot tub was perfect! Got lost going up the first time, but that was only because the ride up was a bit stressful! GPS may not work, but Google maps do!

When we first arrived were having issues with direct tv. I called customer service and soon after call Ronnie arrived even though cabin was suppose to have HBO was unable to get those channels. Ronnie went to explain how direct tv worked and even took the time to explain how the hot tub worked. He was so patient with us in explaining everything to us. We then became lost after leaving directions at cabin once again called customer service and a very kind lady helped us get to our cabin. The staff is amazing and cabin was so neat and clean. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lumber Jack Lodge. It was better than expected - very clean and bigger than it appears in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The pool table was a lot of fun and the hot tub was great. Wi-fi would have been nice. And it w ould be a good idea to keep a plunger in the bathroom. All in all everything was really top notch from booking to check out!

We had a great Christmas at the Lumber Jack Lodge! Brought some decorations only to find a wreath on the door, and a lit/decorated tree and Santa Bear by the gas fireplace!(which worked very well!) There was also a tree and wreaths in the bedroom! BIG bed! And nice jaccuzi tub! Brought a skillet and cooking utensils, but really didn't need them. Hot tub worked fine. The directions could be re-worded, but actually pretty easy to find. The drive up might scare some people, but we had g reat weather! Snow might be tricky! Ice is out! The view is worth it! Bring food and drinks, and you are set!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lumberjack Lodge! It surpassed our expectations! When we first arrived we immediately liked the security system, knowing our things would be safe while we were away. The inside of the cabin was very clean and fresh upon ou r arrival. The view from the back porch was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We have nothing bad to say about the cabin! It was a great experience and we will be returning back on our next vacation to the smokies!

The cabin was more than we expected. We loved the hot tub and the view was beautiful including the raccoons, lol. The only suggestion I would have I was recuperating from a broken leg and had a hard time with the bathroom, using the commode and taking a b ath, I would consider in the future if you all could make them handicap accessible, even maybe put a little porch or step to get in the cabin. I loved my cabin!!!!!! I will always return to it. This was my first time going away from home to a cabin. I loved it so much. My kids had a blast in the cabin. I did not know if there would be dishes in the cabin. Yes i had dishes. The morning was so brig ht and fresh and new. The fam had breadfast at a slow pace. No rushing !!! My husband and I stayed for 4 days at Lumberjack Lodge. We were a little off put at first about the fact that the cabin was so far up the mountain, but that was because we were not very educated by the area. The cabin and view were great! The hot tub was a lready on and ready to go! The jacuzzi tub was great and we were very happy with the fact that directv was provided! Loved the privacy. The cabin next to us was not rented the whole time we were there. The bed was soft and comfortable. The only complaint I had was that the pull out was in pretty bad shape. my boys (ages 16 & 7) had to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor. Otherwise had a great time.

We had a wonderful time, cabin was great, the toaster in this cabin didnt work good tho, and we didnt really have a listing of the tv chanels, the bed was wonderful, got a very good nights sleeps, there were several cob webs in the upper part where all the things were displayed, but i guess that is spring cleaning there. over all it was great and we would stay again. thanks Mrs Angie Whitlock.
