What a view!! The cabin had the most beautiful view, was cozy. It was at the top of the mountain so hust a heads up for those staying in the colder climate time. It has a wondeful location to be in the middle and close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! The s taff was quick to answer and act on our request. Was a good stay!!

Absolutely beautiful view! We had the most wonderful Christmas and the cabin was ready for us with a Christmas tree when we arrived. Sitting in front of the fireplace with everyone and the amazing view is something I?ll never forget. We didn?t want to leave. The jacuzzi tub was a little noisy but worked perfectly. The kids had fun with the pinball machine and pool table in the game room. This is our second time using APG and we have had a smooth trip and a beautiful cabin both times.

My family and I genuinely enjoyed staying here. As many times as we've visited Gatlinburg, we never knew that such breathtaking views existed until we stayed at Perfection. We loved how the cabins here did not crowd each other and it was so peaceful th e threw away our itinerary just to relax and enjoy the view! We will be back!

We have always stayed with chalet village properties, but we found your properties and decided to give you a try. We were not disappointed. The property perfection was amazing. The view was perfect. The house is beautiful. we only had one issue and that wa s the microwave. The glass tray broke on first use. We are already planning our next stay and want to try 5 star chalet across the road. Cant wait to come again. We come every year and will most likely stay with you. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Everything was beautiful!! Walking into the cabin, everything was clean, cozy and ready to be used. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in. I was also able to use the gps to get to the cabin. I would 10/10 recommend this place. Everything wa s very affordable!! Look forward to coming back here!

This is the second time I booked thru American Patriot Getaways. I would not even consider renting thru another agency. They are superior. Any issues that do come up, they are on it and corrected immediately. The cabin we rented this time "Perfection!" definitely lived up to its name. They have the best selection of rentals to choose from as well. They are the best. Can't say enough good about the agency.

My wife and I were pleased with cleanliness of this home. AS you would expect with rental property there were a couple things ,but so minor I would not even mention The only staff we had contact with was Lady on phone when booking, but she was pleasing and friendly. WE had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly ans nice. There was an issue with one of the fireplaces, maintenance came right away. He was very courteous and friendly. He checked the fireplace, fi xed it and was done. A really wonderful vacation! Thank you!

What a fantastic vacation and helpful staff. I booked this vacation months ago and was concerned when the fires struck the area. But I was reassured by the helpful staff and my concerns were alleviated. A few days into our vacation, winter storm Helena cam e through the area and we ended up stuck on the day we were yo check out. Once again, the friendly staff and management came through and gave us an additional day in the cabin to to make sure we waited until we could leave safely. I recommend this cabin an d company to anyone looking for a superior vacation!!

Great cabin, and great visit. The booking agents, Amy, and Caleb, were just excellent. The only issues we had were an our of order coffee maker (we bought one) and on the day we checked out, the smoke alarm battery began chirping every couple of minute s. Great cabin.

Beautiful cabin with only minimal wear and tear to the furniture. Nice views, comfy beds, top notch game room. Only negative would be the drive up (road is a little steep and narrow), otherwise would stay in again. Had a great time!

Overall this was a great experience for the entire family. The view was second to none. The cabin size was perfect. The gameroom ammenities were nice. However, the Pinball machine does not work. That should either be repaired or removed. We were exci ted about having a little family pinball tourney at night - oh well on to the hottub. The staff was very responsive with any questions/issues we had. All were resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this property to friend and/or family. I'm glad we found the American Patriot Getaways website - much better deal than other sites.

We truly enjoyed our stay at PERFECTION! It had the most amazing view, even the photos on the webpage do not do it justice! The cabin had most amenities that you need to have a great vacation. Cabin was in good shape...my only complaints were the pull out couches were VERY uncomfortable and the garbage needs to be placed in a more secure area (gated with a lock) since we had some animal friends (raccoons) rummage through our trash every night. But we would definitely return to this cabin again....thanks!

We just returned from a 3-day family stay at the "Perfection" cabin. As the website described, the view of Mt. LeConte was incredible! The last night & day we were there it snowed, and we were couldn't take our eyes away from the view as seen from the li ving area in the cabin. One wall facing the mountain is all glass upstairs in the living area & downstairs in the game room. We also enjoyed the large deck which faces the mountain view. A big "thank you" to guest services....our daughter was traveling from North Carolina and was having trouble with the info regarding a rock slide near Asheville which would involve a detour. I called guest services and the gentleman gave me the information he had, but within a few minutes called me back. He got online & shared that one lane had been open to accomodate traffic. This saved her the detour & an extra 1 1/2 hrs. travel time. Thank you, guest services! I also reported a problem with the WiFi and guest services took care of that issue. The "Perfection" wil

Our group had a wonderful time this weekend! We saw 2 bears on our stay there, one encounter was within 15 minutes of arriving! Plenty of plates and pots and pans, which was wonderful considering we cooked/grilled every meal! The most breathtaking view I'v e ever had staying at the Smokies. Our 2nd morning we had a maintenance issue with the AC unit, and I was very impressed that the maintance worker was there in 15 minutes of my phone call!! We will definately be using American Patriot Getaways for our next trip! Thanks again!

THE CABIN WAS EXCELLENT.MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME.OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE HAD NO AIR FOR 3 DAYS AND I CALLED TO HAVE IT FIXED AND THE SERVICE TECH DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE FIRST DAY AND I HAD TO CALL BACK AND THEN HE CAME AND FIXED THE AIR.I TH OUGHT IT WAS A GREAT VALUE BUT IF WE HAD STAYED AT THE CABIN DURING THE DAY WITHOUT AIR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MISERABLE.WE WOULD STILL STAY AGAIN.
