1 Above the Smokies was an amazing cabin! We have been staying with American Patriot Geteways for over 20 years. We always feel like we get a great deal because we generally book when you have specials! The cabins are always clean and inviting! This cabinin particular was above and beyond on the cleanliness and we really appreciated that! Thanks for a wonderful geteway and see ya next year!
This cabin was very well stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. (we stayed 11 nights) The only suggestion I could think of would be to install one of the wall mounted magnification mirrors next to the sinks in the bathrooms. (only becausemy eyes aren't as young as they used to be....lol) Loved having the carpet on the stairs!
Very impressed with the cleanliness of 1 Above the Smokies. Also the staff at American Patriot was friendly and accommodating. We made several changes to our reservation. Will definitely stay with your organization again

We have stayed at this cabin a few times already and we have 8 more nights booked for in August. We really enjoy this place and dealing with American Patriot Getaways.
Very clean cabin that is located close to everything. Loved the view. The only thing we noticed was the hot tub would cycle approximately every 15 minutes and is very loud and would wake us up.
This is our second stay in this cabin. It is very well stocked and very clean. Beautiful views and nice mountain roads.
One above the Smokies is an amazing cabin with an incredible view! The space is perfect for families and the decks have a perfect view of the mountains. One thing that should stand out to others is the proximity of this cabin to so much in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It is right next door. You can even view Gatlinburg and the lights of the town from this cabin at night. We made so many memories. Being a VRBO owner myself, this cabin checks all the boxes and has value as the cherry on top!
Wonderful rental experience. Cabin was perfect location & extremely clean. Would suggest having more than one coffee cup in the cabin & a mini fridge upstairs would be a wonderful upgrade. Other than that the cabin was perfect. Have already recommended this company & cabin to several other people. Would definitely book again!
We stayed with another cabin company for many years but the cabin company kept raising the prices until it was too expensive to rent. We came to American Patriot Getaways and the staff is great and very nice and helpful and the cabins are reasonable. We will continue to use American Patriot Getaways. We rent usually 3 times a year and thankful we found American Patriot Getaways

We have been coming to the Smokies for 30 years. This was our third trip just this year. This cabin was one of the cleanest I have ever been to. I always bring my own cleaning supplies, because I usually have to clean as soon as we get there. I am a freak about cleanliness and Im a germaphobe. Lol. We dont usually tip the housekeeper because we have to do our own cleaning, but we did at this cabin due to overall cleanliness. Will definitely use American Patriot again.
