We really enjoyed Bear Feet Retreat. This was one of the nicest cabins we have stayed in in the Pigeon Forge area. I liked the convenient location (just a few minutes off the Parkway, no real mountain roads). The cabin was listed as the "Luxury" class and it was obvious that the furnishings were just a bit more upgraded than the "Deluxe" cabins we have stayed in. Our air conditioning was messed up while we were there but the problem was solved relatively quickly. When it was still not working correctly af ter an HVAC tech visit, a general maintenance tech came and checked on it and brought us some fans, and stayed to check that the temperature was going down before he left. I really appreciated that your company was able to get the issue fixed and that the specific maintenance tech worked to see what was wrong and help fix it instead of just dropping the fans off and leaving or something like that. We will definitely stay with American Patriot Getaways again and hopefully stay in this cabin again!

Great Cabin- I would definitely request the Bear feet retreat again. Everything you need this cabin has. I have never mentioned the comfort of a bed before in a review, but the comfort of the king bed was great! the only thing you need is your personal c lothes and food!

I absolutely LOVED Bear Feet Retreat! The cabin was close to the parkway, easy accessible, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Even though the cabin was located in a resort, the back deck still provided me some privacy from the other properties surrounding due to trees. Definitely a favorite cabin of mine! Driveaway isn't very big so if you bring two vehicles, it will be a tight fit. We only had one, other than that, perfect stay!

The whole trip was amazing! American Patriot Customer Service was who helped me find this property. The Customer Service Rep sorted through properties until I found the perfect one. Once we arrived we were blown away! It was exactly what we needed. We absolutely loved it and my husband was sad we were only staying the weekend. Next time we will come back for longer. The location was key. Far enough to where you felt relaxed in the woods but close enough to town for a quick trip to the store. Thank you for an amazing family getaway!

Although the cabins were a little close than we would have liked it was nice. No view- porch just look s into trees but it was ok forwhat we needed. Would rent again!
