We had a great time, it was smaller than the cabin we stayed at previously with you all, but over all it was nice. I thought being in a resort type setting that you would be on top of your neighbor, but, in all reality I rarely saw the neighbors or heard them, and I hope they didnt hear us since the cousins can be quite loud! The kids loves the pool table and the being all in the loft by themselves. on our last night we even saw a bear roaming around the street up from us on the way in!
We were scheduled for a cabin that was deemed inaccessible because of snow and ice the day before we were to arrive. An employee called us to tell us we couldn't get to our cabin. She then found another property comparable to our original and sent us new contact info via email. We were very grateful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friends recommended Patriot Getaways and we say thank heavens! This was a perfect cabin for our week. It is outside of Pigeon Forge but not too far. The roads to the community dont scare one. Once inside the gate the slope is pretty sharp but in shortbits so it is manageable. Every cabin looks perfectly maintained. Ours was particularly attractive (extra trim and decor). The outside wrap around porch got lots of use. The gas grill was clean and adequately filled. The inside is as photographed and isvery comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers by the way. Full kitchen (short on cupboard space though for food storage). Great refrig and the dishwasher is fine. The views are spectacular. We took a look at the indoor pool but it was way too strong a chlorine smell. Putt Putt is cute. The outdoor pool looks nice for summer and there is a sweet lodge for things like family reunions. I was disappointed that there is not an office on site with more actual brochures on cabins and details of the history of building this community. I dont usually buy clothes with words on it but I would wear a sweatshirt with the community name on it! Might want to consider offering that. Amazed to read there are even cabins with pools INSIDE them. Once you see the community you will say how did they ever build that?! Fabulous escape for Spring Break.
We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much. There was a small issue with the hot tub not being on when we arrived. We called guest services and they sent someone out to reset the breaker in a very timely manner. The gentleman was very helpful and polite. Thank you!

We have used American Patriot Getaways several times over the last 15 years and we will keep using you to rent mountain cabins. Everything from reserving online (love being able to find the "deals" so easily) to checking in to checking out is so sforward and easy. All that was promised was delivered.
We very much enjoyed our stay with American Patriot Getaways, and Bear's Eye View cabin. I have stayed at numerous cabins in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area over the years, but this was my first experience with your company. The cabin was beautiful,n and comfortable! We had everything we needed. My children really enjoyed the game room/loft! My only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer on this visit. I will definitely consider your company for stays in the future!
