Customer Service and cabin both superior, and we couldn't be happier. The APG staff is the best! They worked with us through a party size change that required a larger cabin, and a subsequent location change as we worked through the planning process, alw ays with a friendly and helpful touch. We arrived at our cabin on check in day to find that there was an issue, but the APG team worked to quickly find us an alternative property with the number of beds we needed, while ensuring we retained a 'cabin-like ' feel. We all got back in the car, arriving at the most amazing cabin, Everly's Splash. The cabin is well appointed, beautifully furnished, and frankly PERFECT for our family. The cabin is located close to the parkway, but is tucked away just far enou gh to remind us we were in the woods. The cabin layout provides family space, kid space, and three (yes, three) decks overlooking the woods. The hot tub is large enough for several adults to enjoy, and the pool was a huge bonus. Everly?s Splash was a great stay! Only a few items are missing to make the cabin more comfortable. The design and layout are great for a group to give everyone their space with just enough room to gather comfortably. The cabin still seems new, clean, and well kept. We didn?t run into any issues with our stay and we were able to complete everything from booking to check-out online or via text.

The log cabin was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website cannot justify how beautiful the cabin is. Our girls loved the indoor swimming pool. We will definitely be staying with American Patriot Getaways again.
