We had some glitches with our original reservation and summer your customer service representative was excellent in taking care of the problem. I've been coming to Gatlinburg for 23 years mainly staying at hidden Mountain resort and have had issues with them the last couple of visits, we found a new home with your properties

We loved this cabin! We were a bit nervous about when it would be ready as we called to get the lock box code about an hour before we arrived. We were told the cabin was not ready each time we called and we told to call back. This happened 2 or 3 timesand were given the code just moments before our arrival which was after our scheduled check-in time. This process made us a bit anxious but we appreciate whatever final efforts were made to get things ready. This cabin was amazing! The internet connection was strong and because of all the amenities this cabin offered, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The cabin was clean and peaceful. Each time I spoke with a staff member, they were helpful and really pleasant. Overall we had a great experience. We were hoping to see some wildlife. All we saw were some skunks, but they were friendly!
