I have stayed with this company for years. I have never had an issue with any cabins we rent. Great company and great cabins.
Hooked on Bears is a beautiful cabin, it was very clean and well kept. It was so relaxing to do some from porch sitting with my morning coffee and evening back porch hot tub time. My family loved it. I had no problem extending my stay another night with the reservation service. Definitely would return to this cabin
The only hiccup in our vacation, was a power outage. (Twice 1st time 1hr 2nd time 1/2 hr) This did not take away from our experience as we know these things happen and we just rolled with it.

We used you guys last year for our honeymoon and this year for our first ever family trip had a wonderful time there in Tennessee and really enjoyed going to the cabin for our home time. Different was big enough for the whole family but small enough for usto be near each other
This cabin was everything we had hoped for! Booking it, staying there and checking out was a breeze. Fantastic amenities, location and overall stay was amazing!! We will be back! Hooked on Bears for the win!
The cabin was unbelievably perfect for my family of 7. It was clean and comfortable. I had to contact the office about how to use the shower, LOL, and the representative was super friendly and gave me the correct directions. We were bummed we had to leave2 days early because of an emergency at home. But we will certainly be back this fall (hopefully to the same cabin).

I rent cabins from your company every October and love our stay with you. I had previously rented from another company and had so many issues including being cancelled 5 days prior to our stay.
