I have stayed in many properties in the Smoky Mountains, but I am very pleased with our experience with Patriot Getaways. Customer service was very helpful to answer any questions and the check-in process was super easy! We will definitely be booking through Patriot Getaways again!

Close to town, about a 7 minute drive down to light 3 in Pigeon Forge. Beds were comfortable. We will be back, We were impressed with how fast the staff was able to get a service Tech out to our cabin for A/C Problem No kidding he was there in less than30 minutes. I can't say enough about how great everyone was during our stay. We were in town during the snowstorm last week. You guys were outstanding with communication emails, helping out with preparing for the snow, and even helped us troubleshoot our hot tub thatwasn't heating. I have been in property management, myself , for 19 years and recognize fantastic customer service in our industry very quickly. Well done! Super impressed! We will be using you guys in the future! Me and my family, (5 adults total), had a great Christmas Vacation visiting Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Smokies, and surrounding area! The cabin was fantastic and we will definitely do this again and would definitely stay at this cabin again. Everything provided to enjoy the stay. Thanks!!!
