We had a good experience every step of the way in booking the cabin and having all questions answered. We were able to book an extra night. The staff was so helpful. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. What a treat to have a hot tub. The rooms were great with nice bathrooms for each family. The view was wonderful from Moonbeams and Cabin Dreams. We had a great vacation!

A much needed family get away. We arrived to a very welcoming cabin with the lights on and had no issues during our stay. Checking in and out was very simple and easy to do. We LOVED the cabin. Had a wonderful stay. We did have some issues with the refrigerator freezing our food, and I suppose we could have adjusted the thermostat but we didn't. And the critters got to the garbage cans outside twice. We learned to put the big rocks on top of the cans. Everything else was perfect. Your staff was wonderful to work with even when our original cabin rental was sold and we had to change our reservation to a different cabin. We've stayed with American Patriot Getaways several times in the past and will continue to use them for our future trips and will continue to "get the word out about how nice it is to work with APG". We had an issue with a breaker and electricity in the bottom bedroom in the cabin. The maintenance man came promptly and fixed the problem long enough to get our additional guests settled. He came back the next day and finished the repair in a timely and unobtrusive manner. The reservation staff at APG is always so helpful and friendly. I have recommended you to all my friends. I posted several pictures on FB during our stay and everyone wanted to know where the cabin is and how much it costs. I thi nk you will have many additional rentals...thanks for this wonderful cabin and the fantastic service we always receive from you!!! We will be back!

We booked a cabin for a wedding weekend in Cosby, TN. On Tuesday night, before the wedding on Saturday, we had a death in the family. We were scheduled to arrive at the cabin on Thursday, however, we had to delay our arrival until Friday night. I spoke w ith 2 different customer relations about adjusting our arrival night. They were both very kind and sympathetic to our situation and allowed us to change our reservations. In spite of our sadness, the cabin was a welcome reprieve. This is the second ti me we have used Patriot Getaways for our cabin rental. Their kindness and willing to work with their customers is outstanding. Everything was great! The only problems we had were minor. The air hockey table was broken and there were a ton of carpenter bees so we dealt with falling sawdust on the deck. Other than those few little issues it was a dream getaway from start to finish. The cabin and staff was more than we could have imagined. We got snowed in an extra two nights and the staff was so helpful in keeping us updated with weather conditions. Plus the cabin had so many amentanites that we forgot all about we couldn't leave. Ev en with being snowed in, our family is planning on using American Patriots and renting another cabin for next Christmas. Awesome job! We have also recommended American Patriot Getaways and the cabin to friends and families. Most plan to visit but not durin g the winter, LOL.
