We absolutely loved the cabin, plenty of room for 2 families to share. Our favorite part of the cabin was the porch. We had no issues, except for phone service, wifi worked great but verizon was very spotty. The cabin was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.
The one issues is when I called to check in, the lady never told me I needed a code to get thru the gate. When I called back, the guy that answered was amazing and so helpful! The dryer had issues stopping when you turned it off.
This is our fourth year using American Patriot Getaways, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The customer service is wonderfully helpful, I gave them specs for locating a cabin from location to size to amenities, and they helped me pick the perfect one! Thiscabin was perfect for our family, wonderful location, beautiful, clean, spacious, everything worked as it should. Will be staying here again!
Love staying in cabins when we come to the mountains! Never had a bad experience with patriot. Everytime we have stayed we have been lucky to have a decorated cabin for Christmas!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and nice , and the staff was very friendly an very quick to get back with us on our questions that we need answered.
The cabin was great as far as location and amenities. The only downfall with it which was a huge one for us was there was no bathroom in the common areas. There are 2 bathrooms and they are both located in the two private bedrooms. We had kids in and out of our bedroom all night to use the restroom.
Everyone we spoke with was so helpful and nice, from booking our trip (always call, they can find better deals), to getting calls letting us know we could check in early or stay a little later. This cabin was terrific and we spent a lot of time in it. It was very clean. The arcade game was a video pinball game with tons of them and was fun. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of dishes, etc. Wish we had brought salt and pepper! But wed definitely stay in this cabin again. It is very pricey, but at least we knew that going in.
I have never stayed in a cabin before. I was extremely pleased with how clean it was and how friendly everyone I talked to on the phone and came in contact with was. I would and have highly recommended not only the cabin we stayed in but the company also!You and all your staff made our vacation one we will never forget! Than you so much from the Alvey/Northrup family!!!!
