If you like the thrill of racing, Go-Kart tracks in the Smokies is where you wanna be. Here are some of our favorite spots. Before you know it, they’ll be yours too.
Ripley’s
With 3 levels of tracks, Ripley’s Super Fun Park offers a place for the rookie or the pro Go-Kart driver.
The multi-level track corkscrews up three and a half stories, bringing riders down and around with all sorts of twists and turns! If that’s too much, Ripley’s Super Fun Park has tracks for every skill level. There’s the classic and curvy Family Track or the kids can take the wheel on the Kiddie & Rookie Tracks. Strap into a single or double kart and vroom vroom. Go-Kart Tracks in the Smokies don’t stop here!
More Fun
Cool off and battle friends and family on the Blaster Boats. Each boat is equipped with water cannons, so prepare to get soaked! There’s also an arcade for hours of family fun.
Buy a wristband at the park – Adult: $34.99, Child: $24.99 – and get 2 hours of unlimited rides and a $5 game room card for the arcade.

LazorPort Fun Center
Sometimes, Go-Kart Tracks in the Smokies aren’t exactly what they seem. Standing at 50 feet high, LazorPort’s Go-Kart track is one of the newest and tallest in Pigeon Forge. “With spirals that drop you, twist you, turn you and plunge you straight down a breathtaking 40 foot hill, this is definitely a race track made for the thrill seekers! LazorPort has 4 Go-Kart tracks.”
Located at 2782 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, LazorPort offers other thrills including mini-golf, lazortag, an arcade and ax throwing!

The Track
The Track Family Fun Park has it all. From go carts, to bumper boats, bungee jumping, blaster boats and an arcade – it’s at The Track. For pint-sized patrons there is Kid’s Country, offering plenty of kids’ rides.
Located in Pigeon Forge, the Go-Kart track comes with a pretty spectacular mountain view and it’s as beautiful as you’d imagined Go-Kart Tracks in the Smokies would be.
The Wild Woody is where Go-Karts run on The Track’s signature elevated go-kart tracks. Drivers ride up three and a half stories and circle back down with an exciting drop at the bottom. Woohoo!
Ride Requirements: Minimum Age/Height: 4’8” to Drive Single Kart*; 16 Years Old w/ID to Drive Double Kart; 3’0” to Ride as Passenger on Double Kart; Maximum Weight: 300 lbs. for Single Karts; 500 lbs.
The Family Track
The Family Track “is the perfect ride for the whole family. The curvy track is the essence of classic go-karting featuring single and double go-karts riding on a traditional figure-eight track with overpass.” And you’ll love knowing that there’s a little something for everyone when you go Go-Kart Tracks in the Smokies.
Ride Requirements: Minimum Age/Height: 4’6” to Drive Single or Double Karts; 16 Years Old w/ID and at least 4’6” to Drive Double Kart; 3’0” to Ride as Passenger on Double Kart; Maximum Weight: 300 lbs for Single Karts; 500 lbs Combined for Double Karts.
Rookie Karts feature go-karts specifically designed for older children, give riders a sense of independence on the track but in a contained environment.
Ride Requirements: At least 4’0 to Drive; Maximum Weight: 250 lbs.
Kiddie Karts
Kiddie Karts give the kids their first experience behind the wheel. The Kiddie Karts are specifically designed for riders between 3’6” and 4’0” tall “providing a fun, safe environment for your young riders.”
Ride Requirements: 3’6’ to 4’0” to Drive; Maximum Weight: 150 lbs.

Xtreme Go-Kart Tracks In The Smokies
Xtreme Racing Center of Pigeon Forge says it has the fastest Go Karts in Pigeon Forge. Go test them out and see for yourself!
With “world-class high-speed racing karts” and three thrilling tracs, Xtreme Racing Center will get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face!
Ride Requirements: Must be at least 11 years old and 56″ tall to ride Xtreme Racing’s single karts. Drivers must be 16 years old to handle the double karts.
The three tracks include the Xtreme Track, totally 3,500 linear feet and filled with winding turns and narrow straightaways to give the drivers a thrilling adventure.
The Reverse Track is a combo run, drivers experience the same track but in reverse after being placed in order from the previous race.
On the Elevated Track, drivers head up 1,500 feet, “zipping past one another through twists and turns on a smooth paved track. Drivers can choose a single or double kart here.

NASCAR SpeedPark
NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains is the official family fun park of NASCAR in Sevierville.
Nascar SpeedPark offers 8 different tracks and races, plus 36 holes of mini golf, bumper cars, an arcade and kiddie rides that comes with an unlimited day pass that lets visitors come and go from the park all day.
The tracks include Smoky Mountain Speedway – the longest track at the park at a quarter mile where drivers take to the D-oval track in a 3/8-scale version of an actual NASCAR Cup Series car.
Requirements
Requirements: Drivers must be at least 60” tall and at least 16 years old.
The Intimidator, named after racing legend Dale Earnhardt, is a serious challenge with 8 tight curves.
Requirements: Drivers must be at least 54 inches tall.
The Competitor lets drivers put the pedal to the metal on this wide, oval track that features two long straightaways. This track “is perfect for NASCAR-style, side-by-side racing action.”
Requirements: Drivers must be 60 inches tall and 18 years old. Passengers must be 40 inches to 60 inches tall.

Blake Jones Racing Center
Blake Jones Racing Center in Pigeon Forge has an outdoor slick track plus Indoor electric Go Karts!
The Figure 8 Slick Track was one of the first in the area. Along with the indoor Electric Go-Karts and Spin Zone Bumper Cars, Blake Jones offer excitement rain or shine.

Next door to Blake Jones Racing Center is Fast Tracks, with three tracks to choose from, including an elevated track that drivers speed around and up and down.
Requirements for the elevated track: drivers must be at least 54 inches tall and at least 9 years old for the single passenger car. For double passenger cars, drivers must be 16 years old and passengers must be at least 36 inches tall.
On the Pro Track, drivers must be 12 or older and at least 56 inches tall to drive a single passenger car. Drivers must be 16 to drive a double passenger car, and passenger must be at least 36 inches tall.
The Junior Track is meant for ages 4-9. Drivers Must be at least 36 inches tall to drive car.

Rockin’ Raceway
Rockin’ Raceway in Pigeon Forge is where drivers can burn some rubber on a fast, slick track.
The motto here is “Rock ‘N Roll All Night; Play the Day Away.” Race the Go Karts and play in the arcade for tickets and prizes!
With all the excitement and fun at these racetracks, you’ll want some food and a place to stay when the day is done.
