The Dig’N Zone Theme Park, located at 1707 Veterans Boulevard in Sevierville, is the largest construction-based theme park in North America. It allows guests of all ages to experience what it’s like to ride, drive and operate real construction equipment.

The park offers several working amusements such as Gator Grand Prix which allows guests the opportunity to drive a diesel-powered John Deere Gator through some fun terrain! Additionally, the Pipeliner allows guests the opportunity to use a CAT 301.5 to fit pipe together correctly. For little operators there are areas like L’il Loco, a 12-barrel train, just to name only a few of the activities.
