First of all I?d like to say how very helpful and nice Sherri was when I called to ask questions prior to making the reservation. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and to give me valuable input. I can?t remember ever having as good costu mer service anywhere as I had from her?? She was Wonderful!!!! The cabin was very nice and well furnished, would definitely recommend this cabin to my friends. ??

Wish I was able to book it for longer, I really loved staying at this cabin, very comfortable.

This cabin was amazing the picture don?t do it justice. Great location great views great price. We stayed for Christmas Day through my wife?s birthday. We got snowed in on the second day sonic weather looks bad bring a 4 wheel drive for sure. Had a fir eplace issue that was fixed as soon as they could get to it. I also locked the key in the house one morning and they came by and unlocked the door and put the key back in the lock box for me. It was an amazing stay as always. I have used American Patriot p robably 8 times now and it has always been great.

We had a wonderful stay. Cabin was spectacular. The location, parking, and view was the best we?ve had in 6 years of coming to the area. We also had our first bear at the cabin! Got some beautiful pictures of it. It was a very large bear!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when I had to change dates. We loved the cabin, and would definitely recommend American Patriot Getaways.

This was the cleanest cabin we?ve rented in Gatlinburg in a long time. Beautiful cabin and you have a great cleaning team!

Had a few issues with tv remotes. Wish there were hangers in closets. Appreciated the ice in the freezer. Mattress upstairs in sofa bed needs replacing. We would have LOVED to have been able to purchase the coffee mugs!! We loved the cabin!! Enjoyed the ho t tub and pool table. The master walk in shower was great!!

Was a very nice and clean cabin and well maintained cabin. Cabin was in a nice and quite area. Customer service was excellent and have zero complaints about my overall experience, will definitely book again!

The bed spreads/comforters need washed and there were dead bugs under the furniture. Beautiful cabin overall!

my family and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Happy Bear Hideaway. The cabin was clean and everything that the website stated would be provided it was. We are planning another trip next year and will definitely stay here. The customer servic e representatives were very understanding and helpful.

There was a ant issue in the loft. We only used the pool table once. We called in and it was addressed quickly.

We really enjoyed our time in this cabin. For the price, we felt it was a great value. We are currently looking to see when we can return, and maybe even rent a larger cabin.
