What an amazing cabin! There wasn't anything missing. Our family had such a fabulous time on vacation. The beauty of the scenery, fall leaves, were breathtaking. I am so happy we chose this cabin to celebrate our Thanksgiving Family Vacation!

We came from Greenwood SC where all 4 of our families had no power from Hurricane Helene and 2 of our families had major damage to their houses. This was the get away that we needed!! When we arrived home yesterday, Oct 7th, and everyone had power. Please please thank the owners of Black Bears & Biscuits home for granting us special permission to bring only daughter’s Miniature Goldendoodle as she was unable to have a dog sitter or board her when no one had power. Thank you thank, thank you!! She is well trained and caused no damage. We will be renting this fabulous home again!!!

We stayed for Thanksgiving week, and it was perfect. We maxed out this cabin with a family of 22 and had plenty of space. A few broken items were addressed before we checked in and were fixed during our stay. The staff was very nice and responsive to all of our calls. The trip up the mountain was a bit harsh for us Cajuns but we made it without any real issues. We can't wait to get back to the Smoky Mountains!

Wonderful family vacation for our crew of 17. House was WONDERFUL for a large family! Location was great and view are spectacular. Also enjoyed our daily visits from the bears. The bears also enjoyed visiting the beds of our trunks!! :) Would love to stay but must return to the coast of N.C.

The expectation from the pictures when we got to the cabin were dead on! The cabin was perfect for our family party of 14! Everyone had a bedroom that was similar with wonderful bathrooms and the kids had a great 1st floor with all the fun games that kep t them busy. Would definitely recommend this property and book again with the family

We loved the cabin. We come every year and this is the nicest cabin we have rented. We will be coming back. The decor all thru the cabin was beautiful. Loved the view. Our yountest is 15 and the oldest is 70 and all enjoyed our stay. We met the owner of the cabin and he was super nice. The Martin and Oldham family-Carthage, Tn.

The pictures did not do this cabin justice. Not only was it breathtaking, it was clean & Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Even thought the theater room was not functional for our stay, we made the best of it. The veiws were absolutely spectacular! The weather was perfect for enjoying the moutnasin. This cabinwas one of the best we have stayed in & prayerfully we will return one day.

Such a special beautiful place to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary and mom's 70th birthday. Breathtaking views, wonderful accommodations, plenty of space and things to stay busy. Priceless memories. Thank you. My Wife and I were very pleasantly suprized when our 3 children told us they were taking us the the Tennessee mountains for our 50th anniversary. We've lived in the country in Ohio since we bouild our log home in 1976, butit's nothing as fantastic as our short stay in this beautiful location. Thank you very much for sharing this residense.

We brought a youth group from Grundy Ua. Had a great time learning about our lord & Savior Jesus Christ! John 3:16 For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe in him shall not perish but have everlastinglife! The cabin was beautiful, the view was amazing! We never saw any bears but we were a noisy bunch. Favorites: balcony, theatre, and view.

First time in Tennessee. Truly a Smoky Mountain Paradise!!! What an amazing gorgeous cabin, an unforgettable vacay for 17 of us from Cleveland, Ohio. FYI: Do not leave the hatch open on your pick-up. Mama Bear will drag out the strollerchecking for cherrios to feed her 3 baby bears.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Biscuits and Bears. There was plenty to do at the cabin for the 3 days we were there, but we wanted to see the city. The maintenance guy had to come out twice due to the thunderstorms knocking the lights out, but h e was prompt and friendly when he arrived. It was awesome seeing actual bears and a raccoon on the property. I give this cabin a 10 out of 10.

12 out of 10 stars. Didn't want to leave. Best Griswold Family Vacation EVER!! Many Memories made. Will never forget this cabin! Made the effort to wake up early and watch the sunrise. There's nothing better. John & Alicia Boeleus We got to take an amazing and MUCH needed vacation with a group of amazing people.Cabin was AMAZING and the views were just unimaginable. This cabin blew our entire family away it brought tears to some eyes the pictures do not do the view justice one morning the horizon was lit up in a beautiful orange as the sun rised the next it was overcast but could see the mountains looking amazing cove red looking exactly as they are the smokey mountains the rooms amazing plenty of places to gather and large enough to have your privacy we even got lots of black bears everyday except the day we arrived truly a memorable vacation for our family

The cabin was beautiful. We had a family trip of 15. The cabin was better than the discription posted on the website. We had snow the first night and the view looked like a painting. This is a cabin we would recommend to anyone who needed a cabin this size . Thanks for the great vacation.

From the Lee family & friends, we came for a family Christmas from Iowa and spent New Years here with both family and friends. It was the perfect location and everyone loved the gorgeous cabin and views. We were supposed to leave today, but woke up to approximately 7 inches of snow and the most beautiful views! We were without power or water but we have been boiling snow for hot water and have plenty of food. We are enjoying our Smoky Mountain Adventure to the fullest! Thank you, your cabin is amazing !

Thank you for an amazing time. My family and I traveled from Ohio to the great Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed Cades Coves, the Paks, and the Attractions as well. We loved the cabin. It is truly Home away from home. You had EVERYETHING we needed. The outdoor fireplace was great as well as the theater room. The rooms were very large. I appreciate the large TV's in Every room. The cabin was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! With a dozen or so small children the theater room adn game room was a life saver, they all loved every minute of it. We had a wonderful time in this fabulous house. We saw bears on 3 different days, mostly in the back and once on the side porch with the grill!!! Then he went down to explore the hot tub deck. Most of us, except us Seniors, rode the Alpine Coaster, go carts, bumper cars, shopped at The Christmas Place and spent Wed. at Dollywood (almost No wait time!) We all loved the game room and theater! The view is amazing espeically the sun coming up over the mountain!

There was much beauty at this cabin. Beautiful views, decor, and the beautiful and awesome amazement of seeing bears 3 days of our stay. We saw a mama bear with her 2 cubs one day and a bigger male bear the next. And on the third day wesaw a big male bear. The weather was beautiful while we stayed. Sunny but very warm. We saw a rainbow and experianced rain and the smoky fog of the Smokies and 3 hummingbirds. Wow!

We came for a graduation trip from 7/3 to 7/7/21. It could not have been more perfect! We saw 7 bears (so awesome!) and made friends with a raccoon, rode gocarts, mini golf, hiked, rode the mountain coaster, and had an amazing white water rafting experience. We will be back!

Traveled from Chicago IL and Englewood FL for a Great Smokies Vacation. Loved this cabin! Best view of the week. All the kids jumped at the sinks! Swam in the river and picnicked. We loved River Rat Tubing! Another highlight was when the black bear walked right by the cabin and through the driveway of cars. Everyone got to see it! Fun week! Great cabin! Will be back!

Traveled from Florida and Arizona. We had 18 family members ranging from 2 yo - 86 yo. Activities included Gatlinburg, Rat tubing, Dolly Parton's Stampede, trout fishing, mountain roller coasters, sky bridge, waterfalls, caverns and amazing family time in this beautiful cabin. This cabin was the perfect retreat for the Blackburn, Smith & Starks Family! The cabin offers all of the special amenities of mountain cabin living. The spa shower features was a special treat for total relaxation. The kitchen/living room area was very spacious, which allowed for family bonding! Our family will definately visit visit this resort again in the near future!

This is the best cabin! Our family came to celebrate my 51st birthday and we enjoyed every moment in this cabin! Black Bears and Biscuits is the best! The view is beautiful/amazing!
