I lucked up in this cabin rental. American Patriot had a promotion going and we come into town for the Jeep invasion which also had a little promotion. Cabin was great and had plenty of room. Game room was a huge plus in this cabin.

The cabin was as expected and overall we enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely go through Patriot Getaways a second time and would even stay in the same cabin. There were a few minor issues we ran into during our stay. They were not show stoppe rs, but they were features of the cabin that we expected and did not get. Mostly the issues were with the "basic" cookware provided. Some of the "basic" cookware was broken and/or unusable. We tried to use the can opener, but it was unusable. We had to ask a neighboring cabin for use of theirs. There was one frying pan that was once Teflon coated, but is hardly anymore. It was in very poor condition and we did not feel it was safe to use so we purchased our own since cooking was a large part of our mo rning and evening meals. It might be wise to replace any metal utensils in the kitchen to reduce the risk of scratching up cookware. There was no cutting board found. This made cutting/chopping difficult.
