Reminiscent of the pioneer villages of yesterday, THE SETTLEMENT is a group of 3 separate cabins rented together as a single group retreat! Conveniently located just 2 miles from Pigeon Forge, and close to Dollywood & The Cal Ripken Park, THE SETTLEMENT enjoys a private setting up a long concrete driveway. 3 log cabins share a large flat parking area, huge picnic area & fire pit, 3 hot tubs and so much more. The 3 level, 6 bedroom main cabin sleeps 16 & is ideal for gathering together. A 2nd cabin has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests on 2 levels. The 3rd cabin is a 1 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps 4. All together you'll find room for 30 guests to spread out & get "settled"! 3 kitchens, 2 game rooms including pool table, foosball, air hockey, & theater room, your crowd will find lots to do! The cabins are nice. Only complaints were when turning on water or using toliet the smell was like poop. Called theybsent someone to check it. Than cabin 1 the upstairs bathroom tub was leaking through the ceiling into downstairs.

The only complaint would be the shower in the one bedroom cabin is to small. Had a great time with the family and kids fit was perfect for our family

It was AMAZING!!! Our group enjoyed the stay.. Having 3 cabins to accommodate everyone and being in a location by ourselves made it even more enjoyable. The only thing we didn?t like was the climb to the top.. you have to be EXTRA CAREFUL going up and do wn.. other than that.. will definitely revisit and stay at The Settlement!

Very pleasant stay that had plenty of room for a large family. The staff was very accommodating and addressed every concern immediately. We would definitely recommend The Settlement if you need the space to accommodate a large family. My only issue which m ay not be a concern to others is I wish their was a light pole or some form of lighting when moving from cabin to cabin at night.

We stayed at The Settlement it was everything we wanted plus some. Was surprised by the amenities in the kitchen (it had everything). The furniture and decorating fit cabin life to the fullest. All the mattresses were comfortable everyone slept great. Wint er Storm Warning was issued and we received a call to let us know, Staff even dropped off salt and snow shovel. Would give a higher rating then Superior if I could. Recommend to anyone traveling to this area.
