Staff was very friendly, answered all questions, cabin was great, excellent view, very clean. Only complaint bedroom remote control needed batteries and the pool sticks was missing the tips ,so there was just one usable pool stick. But other than these small things the cabin was excellent.

The cabin location was beautiful and private. The views from the deck were magnificent!

The cabin was very nice and quiet! Other than the shower head having mold, and the throw pillows need to be changed cause they had stains and there were quite a few spider webs inside the cabin and the WiFi is terrible! But I loved the privacy! Thank you

We had some issues with the AC and I called and reported it and they were there within an hour from the call (twice) the guy was very friendly and gave us some caution about the bears . Some cleaning would be better the grills over the vents were pretty dirty with lent and dirt. The road up to the cabin had some big pot holes and after the first trip up we learned where they were and we carefully went around them. Overall we will stay there again!

Just cleaning the spider webs ?? better on porch and deck patio room, as my son's got bit, and had to get medical treatment. Other than that we loved staying there so much we would have bought the place LOL best week ever thanks American patriot getaways!

The only complaint I would have is that the jets on the tub did not work, but we had a great stay. 10 outta 10 will be back

we have been going to TN every year for 16 years now. Sometimes we stay with American Patriot and other times Auntie Belham. This trip was by far the best experience we have ever had. I needed to extend my reservation and the specialist on the phone we easy to work with and made sure I still got a good deal. The cabin check-in process was incredibly easy as it was all via text. The cabin was cleanest we have ever stayed in which was AMAZING and the amenities were perfect for a mountain adventure. We could not have been happier with everything American Patriot and look forward to booking with your team again for next year's adventure. Thank you

We are from Tennessee and we had family come in for a week and we had an awesome time and the cabin was an enjoyable experience so thank you.
