We had a WONDERFUL stay! We left saying "I wish we could stay a few more days!!" Thank-you so much for a wonderful stay and for staff being available to answer questions and for helping me with the check -out process.

We loved the cabin. We were there for a week and used the upstairs bedrooms. It would have been nice to have a little dresser in them for the clothes instead of keeping them in the travel bag. And maybe some hotter water for in the showers. Maybe a little more instruction with the pool alarm. I didn’t see it in the rental stuff but when I called the number the lady I spoke to helped me figure it out. But other than that, we loved everything about the cabin. I work 2 jobs like 75 hours a week as a single mom and this was the best vacation we ever had. I never felt so relaxed. I loved the hot tub on the balcony with the view. That view was amazing. I almost cried when it was time to go home. And my son he’s 8, he loved the cabin so much. He literally cried when it was time to go home. Everything was perfect and the best vacation we ever had. Sad we didn’t see any bears though. We will be back again with your company and we will more than likely be staying at that same cabin again. My son is sitting here with me right now saying I could be in the pool right now. ?? thank you for everything.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Less than 5 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Easy access with very big yard.

The staff was great and easy to communicate with for both the scheduling and rescheduling! The cabin was lovely, and the roads were freshly paved. We loved staying at Trappers Trace and would happily stay again. Thanks for a great weekend!
