When our reservation at another property was canceled on the day of our arrival, we found American Patriots Getaway online and spoke with Mary Crabtree. She was very sympathetic to our situation and was able to find this cabin for us on short notice. While it wasn’t quite the size we needed for a group of 31, we made it work. Mary also checked in with us during our stay and again prior to checkout. When we contacted maintenance, they arrived as expected and resolved all of our issues promptly. We may not stay at this particular home again, but we would definitely use American Patriots Getaway in the future.

Cabin was beautiful.

We were a party of 10! Five amazing couples, good food, fun and memories. This cabin by far is the most beautiful. We had a wonderful time! We will be back!

ME AND MY WIFE ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED OUR TIME IN CUPIDS CROSSING AND CANT WAIT TO COME BACK AND VISIT THE SAME CABIN. IT WAS PERFECT FOR JUST THE 2 OF US. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN.

Mary was exceptionally helpful. She informed me that our cabin that we originally booked was unavailable due to poor weather. (snow and ice) She assisted us in getting an upgraded cabin within a very short time. She was very polite and ensured we had what we needed.

When we arrived and the snow storm hit, the heat in our cabin went out. Heather worked very hard to try to get it fixed connecting us with maintenance and HVAC but neither could reach us to fix the heat. She quickly worked to find us another cabin to move to that was within walking distance since our car was stuck in the snow. She was amazing. We have used American Patriot many times over the last few years and will continue and we recommend them to everyone that ask which cabin rentals we use.

We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. The cabin itself was amazing. Clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. The indoor pool and hot tub were huge highlights, especially since we were traveling with a child. It made the trip feel extra special and gave us something fun to do no matter the weather. We were lucky enough to get about 12 inches of snow while we were there, which obviously isn’t something the cabin controls, but it made the whole experience feel magical. Being able to enjoy the cabin, the pool, and the hot tub while it snowed outside was unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, memorable Gatlinburg getaway.
