Bullwinkle's Place is a Custom Built 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath cabin with seasonal views of the Smoky Mountains. Come up to Settler's Ridge Resort minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Experience the finest in vacation luxury with Birch floors, Stainless appliances and Granite counter tops. All of this and a Pool Table, Hot Tub, Air Hockey, and a Wet Bar,as well. How's that for Luxury? So you've worn yourself out playing all the games, relax in the Jacuzzi Tub next to the King Log Bed or retire to the Loft where you'll find a Queen Log Bed and Full Bath. Bullwinkle also wants you to know he has provided TV/DVD's in every room as well as rockers and a swing on the 3 decks looking out over beautiful Sky Harbor and The city of Pigeon Forge. 3 sleeper sofas in 2 separate living areas ensure that every member of the family will have plenty of room to relax and stretch out.

We loved our stay at your cabin. (Bullwinkle). The cabin was clean and cool when we got there. We was looking for a quite getaway and that was exactly what we got. We was not ready to leave and hoping to go back with our grandkids.

Bullwinkle?s Place did not disappoint! It?s location made it easy to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. It is a beautiful cabin and the Christmas decorations added to our holiday experience! We would definitely stay in this cabin again and as always wi ll be using American Patriot Getaways for our next trip down!

Bullwinkles was so much more than we expected! The pictures online do not do this cabin justice. The owners appeared to have upgraded the sleeping arrangements offering a bunk bed that was perfect for our young kids. The 3 full bathrooms were perfect for o ur party of 6 as well. We were also not expecting to have TV service as the site recommended to bring a Fire stick or Roku stick, so the kids were excited to tune into cartoons. Beyond expectations, very pleased!

My son had a awesome 8th birthday w his friends that he will probably never forget. There was a slight issue w the wifi while we were there, but guest services was nice enough to bring us a mobile hot spot to take care of the issue. The cabin was clean, ha d all the amenities you'd expect, and plenty of room for a bunch of young kids. Overall experience was great, and I would definitely use patriot getaways again. This cabin was awesome! Great location, clean beautiful cabin. When we come back the only time we plan on leaving the cabin is to get groceries. The place was that good! We got married on the back deck of this cabin so iit will always be special to us. Gre at first cabin experience. We will not be using any other company for our cabin rental experience. I couldn't imagine anything better.

My family and I really had a great time in the cabin! It is very clean when we arrived and was well maintained. Hot tub was great, was clean and maintained. The only thing we could not figure out was the X-Box, but it could be broken. This was a great cabi n, and we are looking forward to coming back! Thanks!!

What a phenomenol vacation we had this New Year's... from the day I reserved our cabin (Bullwinkle's Place) with the phone agent, to the day we pulled out of the drive to return to GA, the experience was top notch. Your phone agent was sweet and friendly. .. directions to the cabin were perfect... directions for accessing the lockbox were dead-on... the cabin was AMAZING... the entire experience was so pleasant and relaxing. We had one issue with the alarm upon arrival (our fault, I believe, not Patriot's) and the helpful agent at the number provided on the information sheet had someone to the cabin within 5 minutes. He was very respectful and took care of the alarm issue within moments, and was on his way. The cabin is top notch quality, spacious enough for 10 people, I would say, everything functioned beautifully, and I coulnd't have asked for a better experience. Just an FYI ~ there is a slow leak from underneath the bar downstairs, that seems to be coming from the little bar sink. I will send a separ

We had a fabulous time at Bullwinkle's Place! We have 3 kids ages 8, 5 and 3. It was a great floor plan, beautiful setting and beautiful views! It was a short drive to "the action" in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There were a few nature trails in th e resort that we made lasting memories on:) Great vacation!

I was surprised that there was no closet to hang our clothes but it was ok. The only thing that I didn't like about the cabin was that there was no out door furniture on the back porches. There was one chair and that was it. You had a upper porch with noth ing on it and a bottom porch with 1 chair. I would of liked a few chairs and a table so we could of spent some time out on the porch enjoying the scenery.

The Pak-Man machine wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Out four-year old loved the air hockey table and hot tub! Staying at Bullwinkle's Place was such a treat!

The cabin was great. It was very high in the mountains. The only problem we had was the Ladybugs. They do warn you about the ladybugs in the handbook that is in your cabin. My sister and the kids were a little disappointed because they did not see any bear s. I was fine with not seeing any. The cabin was positioned where it is less than 10 miles from Pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. I loved the overall vacation.
