This is our 5th time traveling to Gatlinburg area and we have always used Patriot Getaways. Their staff is always so friendly and this cabin was are favorite so far. We will definitely be renting again!

The only negative experience we had was the odor from the septic outside. But when we called to discuss the issue we were assisted in a timely manner. We were understanding being it was a holiday weekend and most importantly we were satisfied with the gent leman that assisted us!

At first I felt the reason the refrigerator wasn't cooling is because you all probably plug it in the day of arrival, well after 24 hours of the refrigerator still not being cool is when we realized there are other issues with it that you all may want to look into it. We froze everything then allowed it to thaw out, too long of a process outside of placing it in our personal cooler. That was just one of our issues.

We enjoyed our trip very much. The Country's Bear Getaway was so nice and accommodated our family very well. We would definitely come back and stay at the same place again. It was the best!!

Excellent stay. The only issue we found is there was one HVAC for the entire unit, which resulted in the top floor being extremely warn and bottom floor cool. Overall very good, cabin was as described. Thx!

My family and I had a very enjoyable experience this past week at Country Bear's Getaway. From the moment I walked in the front door I felt at home. This cabin was clean and just welcomed you in with all of it's country charm. We'll definitely be back again next year and will book again with American Patriot Getaways. Spring break with the whole family. There were 10 of us. The kitchen is well equipped. I could've sat in front of the fireplace the whole time. About 10 min to Pigeon Forge in very high hilly roads that were in great condition. The kids had a blast with the pool table. We've always stayed with Patriot and have never been disappointed. We loved the cabin. We had our own level for sleeping. The back deck is very peaceful. We would definitely stay at this cabin again. Thanks for a great time. No maintenanc e issues whatsoever. We'll be back

We spent 8 days at Country Bear's Getaway. The cabin was lovely, very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with Christmas decorations from the outside, around the cabin and a Tall Christmas tree. That touch meant the world to us as we were traveli ng with children and were able to continue the tradition of waking up to them opening their presents around the tree on Christmas Morning. We were surprised with the news that we had WiFi which we though we would not have. Our only complaint was that we di d not have the B-B-Q grill as we specked but only charcoal grill while a non open fire ordinance. After talking with the staff of Patriot Getaways within a few days we were given the go ahead to use the grill and so we did. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and playi ng pool as well. We would recommend this cabin to our friends.

We had a great stay, relaxing and good family time before the start of the new school year. My 7 yr. old daughter loved it and so did my parents. Two little issues, the showers are very slippery and my daughter did slip and fall in the shower in the 2nd floor. Not hurt too bad, a nice bruise. The other was the garbage, the outside garbage container needed to have a secured lid - we did get visitors at night. We look forward to staying again... Laurie Worcester - Powell, OH
