The experience was excellent we had a cancellation with Haven Rentals and within minutes of the time that we were supposed to check in. American Patriot had booked us another rental as soon as one was available which was the next day they all were excellen t I would highly recommend anybody to rent with them because of cabin was great that everything was excellent about it. In this cabin the view is beautiful and the cabin is beautiful we will be back to use this rental again

Beautiful cabin. Stunning view. Clean Hot Tub with a Mountain View. Well stocked cabin. Games room is awesome. Convenient location. Secluded. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time at the Eagles nest! A bear did enter our car overnight and eat our starburst! Other than that the state was wonderful!

Had no issues coming in to the cabin or leaving. It was in. Great shape and more than we could have expected for overall cabin features, location, and the view from near the top of the mountain!

This cabin was exceptionally wonderful. The view was the best we?ve ever had in all of our stays in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We really love the way this cabin was supplied with so many Dining plates/utensils and cooking pots and pans. It even have a crockpot which we definitely used. We would definitely stay here again in spite of the extremely steep drive to get there.

We loved this cabin. It was perfect! We married while we were staying here and will plan to come back to this very spot for our anniversaries in the future !

First ever trip to the mountains for my granddaughter and she loved it. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies we needed for cooking, there was extra bedding and pillows. The view was the best we have ever had and we saw so much wild life, includ ing bears. Would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Our family got together for Thanksgiving in the mountains this year. This cabin met our needs. There was plenty of room for us to use some additional air mattresses for the kids. The view was amazing and we even got to see fireworks from Dollywood sittin g out on the back deck.

What started as an annual couples vacation 9 years ago, has become an annual family vacation. I have used many booking/cabin sites. I will not be using any others going forward. Everything was as advertised without exception, the ease of booking and co- ordination with staff was top notch and the home, view and location were breathtaking.We will definitely be back!!

We would have liked there to be a broom in the cabin so we could have swept off the back porch which was covered in acorns. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there.

We plan on coming back in 2 years! Next year we had already promised my little guy Disney but we had an amazing time! The view is beautiful from the cabin. The only thing I wish would be that the website would say what side of the mountain you were on befo re looking thru pictures just as a time saver for people.

We so enjoyed our stay, we will be staying in this property again in the near future! Everything was perfect! If we had any complaints at all it would be the bed, it wasn't very comfortable and could stand to be updated, other than that we have definitely found our heaven away from home. Thank you for working with us about swapping cabins when ours had maintenance issues, we didn't miss a beat on our trip and in turn found our cabin for our future trips! Thanks again Darrell-Alabama

We had a great anniversary weekend at Eagle's View a lodge. The cabin was very nice, clean and so serene. The views were breathtaking!!! Such a peaceful retreat. I would highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely be coming back!!

My 5 year old granddaughter loved it. We had a visit from a racoon and got to see a bear playing on three gym set earlier one morning. We had plenty of room.

Cabin was beautiful and had great furnishings. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked with towels, crockery and other kitchen items. Our only small problem was that we called to report a problem with the plumbing - one of the toilets had a pr oblem with water running through the system and one had a loose seat that needed tightening - the friendly lady on phone said somebody would come out the next morning. We came back later that day to find a note saying a plumber had called but missed us an d would come back next day. We had not planned on waiting in for him (we're on vacation!) and assumed this was the point of the key box. But they were only minor problems and did not affect our enjoyment of the cabin overall.

We had a wonderful stay in the Eagles View Lodge. By far the most beautiful panoramic view from the back porch of any cabin I've stayed in. My only complaint is that my trip was only for one weekend. I would have loved to stay in that beautiful cabin for a whole week long. Location is perfect, right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I can't wait to get back up there.

The cabin was so nice. We all enjoyed ourselves. Our children enjoyed the third floor and the swing set. I did notice there is some poison ivy growing up under the stairs that may need some attention soon.

I left my phone in the cabin and the cleaning crew found it, they delivered it to the manager. I received an email on the way home, Michigan, we called customer service and the manager took it to the nearest UPS store and had it shipped to me. Amazing c ustomer service!

This was our first time renting from Patriot Getaways although we have been vacationing in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for the last 4 yrs. This was extra special since we got married at the Eagle's View Lodge this year. The ceremony was performed on the deck with the wonderful mountain scenic background!!! It was everything we had hoped for!! The cabin was awesome and was perfect for all of us (including our Children & Grandchildren). Very clean & we didn't have any maintenance issues. My friends and I stayed in Eagles View cabin. I did not know that it was the highest cabin on the road we were on. It was breathtaking. Not only the view, but the cabin and the Customer Service. We had trouble with adjusting the temperature on the hot tub and had to call customer service who tried to walk me through it, but there was obvious issues with the controls and they sent a repairman while we went shopping and sight-seeing. It was repaired and up to the right temperature when we came back. We also h ad trouble with getting the lockbox to relock (because we didn't read the directions all the way!) and the customer service rep walked me right through it. If and when I come to the Gatlinburg area again, I want to try and get the same cabin. We had a wond erful experience!

Between work and school, this was our first family vacation in ten years. The lodge was excellent and has a wonderful view of the mountain range. We were surprised by how quickly the staff responded to any issues and how well the cabin was maintained. I ha ve traveled the world, stayed in many hotels, cabins, and chalets, and I would have to rank this experience as one of the most relaxing and overall pleasant experiences to date. Thank you and your staff for a wonderful time.

What a wonderful experience. Having stayed numerous times with another rental company, this was a fantastic experience! The cabin was clean, well stocked, convenient, and a well maintained road leading up to Eagle View Lodge. Breath taking views, quiet a nd no sulfur water...that was terrific. We called maintenance for a minor issue and they were not only prompt but very considerate. No doubt I am looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend no only this cabin but this rental company.

Our stay in Eagles View Lodge was great with everthing working just fine. The view from the deck was excellent. However,there was one thing you might want to check. The water pressure in the first floor bathroom shower was very low. It seemed to be fine in all other fixtures. Nevertheless, we had an excellent time in this outstanding property.

the view was everything you promised. The Log Home was fantastic. The only reason we would not stay again is we are on to other things. Forgot to leave you a note, the drain in the upstairs shower is slow. The only thing I can suggest to improve the stay would be to have available for email to the customer a PDF sheet of the inventory of the cabin. For instance, we would not have brought along an iron. The other improvement would to be to have hangers in the closests. Otherwise it was fantastic . Thank you for not telling me about the road up to the cabin ahead of time.

The only issues were very minor, but just wanted to inform you. There was a sink stop int the upper and lower bathroom that was not functional. And the tank for the gas grill was empty. The TV had to be slightly moved beacause the cable cord was not attach ed. The place was awesome and very clean. Thanks!
