We really liked the Highlander. The view and location was great and the cabin and hot tub were better than expected. We had a great trip.

It served all 11 of us very nicely. Was very quiet and peacefujl !! Loved all the private bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs.

We stayed at the Highlander for 4 nights. The day of our arrival, we were a little late, since we were coming from Baton Rouge, I got a call from Jamie (guest services) to ask about us and if we were o.k. On the way to the cabin, we got lost, so we calle d guest services and someone (sorry don't remember the name) "talked" us all the way to the cabin. The cabin was very clean, very comfortable and everything that we needed was already there. The a/c, hot tub, and all appliances worked perfectly. Trash c ollection was done promptly (thanks Rebecca - guest services). The view from the cabin was breathtaking. The area where the cabin is situated was peaceful and quiet and there were a couple of stores within 5 minutes, and Gatlinburg was 10 minutes away. I must say that this is the first time I have used patriot getaways and it will definitely not be the last. These guys really know how to treat their guests. On a scale of 10 I will give them 20. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

The hot tub jets did not work properly, but a call to maintenance was not made due to it was not a major issue. The only reason "No" was checked for "Would you stay in this property again?" because we usually try to stay in different cabins each year, but we use American Patriot Getaways each time. Loved the property, and location!

We loved the Highlander cabin! This was the 3rd cabin we have stayed in through American Patriot and have never been disappointed. We will definetly be back!

Great little family getaway! The cabin was wonderful:) I looked around for months before I booked and was happy I did. The rooms were spacious and entire cabin was adorable. Very clean and well kept. We will definitely book with you guys in the future and send referrals your way. The location is great... close enough to downtown Gatlinburg but yet still had the true mountain experience. The only negative was we were not warned about the racoons that like to hang out and party on the decks in the wee hours o f the night lol

Thank you, we had an unforgettable vacation. No problem, the view was exceptionally great. We loved staying at the Highlander. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom was especially nice. We would definately come back.

We had an amazing time when staying at the Highlander. We come to Gatlinburg once a year between August and November. In the 10+ years that we have had this tradition, this by far was the BEST view and the BEST bang for our buck! The only complaint I do ha ve is the trash situation which caused raccoons to visit the deck nightly, which caused it hard to sleep when you heard those critters banging the trash cans around. Maybe come up with a lock system for the trash? I do want to say THANK YOU for emailing me and letting me know we left an item there are the cabin. I was shocked to see that you would take the time to email me and let me know, what GREAT customer service ( even though my mom swears the alcohol was not dumped out.. ha ha) This by far was the BES T experience we have ever had in Gatlinburg, we will be back to book with APG!!!

Very nice cabin. Good location and very accessible to Gatlinburg stores. Overall, it was a great location and we would definately come back again.

This cabin was nice. the parking could have been mentioned. it was a little complicated to park on the hill. oversll i loved the cabins. it was spacious and the view was incredible.

I called the 1800 number and requested that you send me the email again for information regarding what to do when we arrive in Gatlinburg. You responded very quick and the lady that I talked with was very professional. Thank you - Customer service means alot.

I had to make last minute reservations due to a situation we had with another cabin rental company. Christina was who I had the pleasure speaking with, she was so pleasant and helpful which I really appreciated after having to deal with the previous compan y. The only problem we had was the upstairs AC did not work but as soon as we called the next morning this was taken care of. With the heat index being so unbearable it is understandable why the unit had some trouble. Everything was great and the view was awesome!

I was truly impressed with our stay at Highlander. The cabin was clean and comfortable. This was our 4th trip to the area the last 3 cabins was though a different place and the cabins were not as clean. I believe we get a great deal for our money. The chec k in and out process is so easy it's almost unbelievable. Thank you APG for making our trip wonderful and simple.
