very beautiful place where the cabin is at. The room where the kitchen table is at could use more lighting. Great experience would do it again. The kids had a great time there, we even grilled out at the cabin one night. Staff was great when I called and asked question prior to the day we stayed. My husband and myself had a wonderful experience. From the time I reserved the cabin on the phone with a gentleman named Steve who went over the different inclines that were there to the easy check out. The only thing I would change is I would let people k now when they are still down in town call for the pass code. We made it to the cabin and was unable to call for the pass code due to no service so we drove back down to town get service and retrieve the pass code. That was the only thing that was an inconv enience. My husband and myself have already discussed renting cabins from patriot getaways in the future

I am absolutely blown away by our trip to the smokies. This was our VERY first family vacation and it was worth every bit of the 5 hour drive. When we arrived and called to check in we were informed that our cabin had some sort of maintenance issue and we could not stay there. APG generously offered an upgrade to replace. This was fine with us. Once arriving to our replacement cabin, I was in love. The cabin was so clean and welcoming. It was literally everything we could have dreamed of (we even seen a bea r from the back deck!) i would absolutely be booking through this company again. Thank you for the wonderful memories APG!

We really enjoyed the cabin. The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean and well-kept, and we enjoyed the fire-place alot! My only suggestion would be an additional chair in the downstairs room and a nightstand on both sides of the bed at the top of th e stairs.

This was our first time our family was visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It was GREAT. We stayed in the Moonlight in the Boondocks, and it was a very nice cabin. Better than what I had expected for a "cabin in the woods". The cabin was spacious, clean , comfortable, and enjoyed the Hot Tub on the back deck. Never had to call customer service for anything. 2 car parking was a plus as a lot of the cabins we had passed only had room for 1 car at property. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed , but we did bring our favorite pans, utensils, etc, as suggested, but we never needed them, as they were supplied in cabin. It was a very ENJOYABLE 5 days, and we did get a "visitor" at the trash cans a couple of times, but not sure what it was, as we ne ver could catch a "peek". We will definitely be staying again, at the Moonlight in the boondocks. By the way, there was a lot to do in the cities of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, from restaurants, shows, exploring-hiking, amusement parks, or just taking in t

Had an issue with a large wasp nest near the hot tub. Guest service quickly, within one hour, dispatched pest control who took care of the problem. Great response. Would not hesitate to stay with you again.

We had a great time at Moonlight in the Boondocks. Despite the crowds in Gatlinburg over the long weekend, we were able to come back to the 'Boondocks' and relax in the hot tub, play a little pool and listen to the stereo ... Making it all worth it! We g ot a little lost coming in and had an issue with the hot tub stuck on one temperature. In both cases the staff members we reached at Guest Services were professional, courteous and, most of all, patient with us. The only drawback to the weekend was that w e couldn't stay longer!

I have never stayed in cabin before and I'm hooked, I will probably never stay in a motel ever again when I go to stay in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We had a wonderful time and the cabin was awesome, we even had a bear come up on our porch in the middle o f the night, it was great! My wedding turned out absolutely beautiful and it was the best time I have ever had. We will definitely be calling American Patriot Getaways again. We had rented the lincoln log but when we arrived at 10pm our suv had a hard time getting up the drive way (we could smell burning rubber) our ford truck would not make it (lots of burning smell of rubber and tires just going around and around), but your s taff was great in finding us a cabin, All we can say is Thank you. We have rented from you lots of time, but this was and hopeful the last time we had trouble getting to our cabin. The next time I rent from you I will ask about the drive way and getting to it.
