Loved this cabin. House was clean, beds comfy, and house was well stocked with all necessities. View was wonderful. Many bears here, we saw 10 in front of cabin during the first three days.

Staff when we call are always very friendly and professional . Most are familiar with area and answer questions about cabin location , view , accessibility etc as if they been there themselves . We have always used American patriot Getaways and will contin ue to do so during our vacation stays.

Loved the cabin. Plenty of room for 4 adult couples. View was great. Just minor wear and tear on a rental unit. Got to see bears twice. Easily got four vehicles parked in driveway. We had a great time and noted the other cabin near that we-may try.

Cabin was beautiful. As we were checking out, we were greeted by a bear. He didn?t bother anyone but did manage to steal a carton of butter off of the tail gate and devoured it. We were in awe of his beauty. He went off into the woods and we continued to pack up. My grown children and grandchildren loved their stay as we all had needed family time together. Our hearts were full??

Only good on cleanliness because the hot tub seemed a bit dirty. However, calling customer support was very easy and they sent someone out immediately to resolve that concern. I am always very pleased with the rentals

Wonderful cabin. We had a great time. The cabin is very cozy and great experiance. The scenery from the balcoly is beautiful We really enjoyed the entereainment downstairs. Our family had a great time and great vacation again! We will definately be back!

We had such a fantastic time with family here at your cabin! Thank you!! The view is so breathtaking and we had such wonderful weather! We saw many sites ad really enjoyed the national park! Luckily a bear was seen! What a nice hike to thewaterfall that you could walk behind. We plan on returning to see other fun attractions!! There is so much to do in the Smoky Mountains! We had a great time from the moment we walked in to when we left. The rooms are all equally nice, great for every couple to have their own bathroom. It was very relaxing. Pool table got a great work out. Lol!!! So did bar down stairs. We would all stay her e again. We also loved how the kitchen really had everything you needed to cook with.

American Patriot Getaways staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were concerned about renting during the pandemic, but they assured us they would work with us if someone in our party came down with the virus. We were very happy with the cabin. It wa s exactly as advertised.

We stayed at the Moose Mountain Lodge during the COVID crisis. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Although most commercial activities were closed throughout our stay, we enjoyed walks in the mountains, breathing the fresh air, and of course e venings in the hot tub... a perfect getaway!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking pots & pans, utensils, tableware, etc. This made our time together more enjoyable as we cooked most of our meals in the home.

We have stayed in many cabins over the years and this one was perhaps the best one yet. I was impressed with things like the amenities (like plenty of paper towels, dish soap, etc.) that are sometimes lacking or missing or in small supply. I used the gas grill for a couple of meals and it worked very well. The kitchen is also well-supplied with nice cookware, dishes, etc.The deadbolt on the main basement door needs some attention. It doesn't engage the strike plate and, thus, the deadbolt doesn't lock down there. Also, a couple of lights could be replaced.Overall, though, this was a very nice cabin and we had a very enjoyable stay.

The cabin was beautiful! We checked out at 11 and the dishwasher was still running so we couldn?t put those dishes away but we did leave a tip for the cleaning folks. Will be doing this again next year.

The lodge was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We all had our own bathroom/on suite.We had to use on line chat to resolve a query and this was responded to and resolved very quickly. Also, the information we received before our arrival with instruct ions on how to find the log were invaluable . We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others. Thank you

We LOVED Moose Mountain Lodge. It was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was breathtaking. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Private bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. Would most likely return in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay, The view was beautiful and it was very peaceful. We enjoyed our little walks in the neighborhood and the little trail that was at the end of the road. The location was great too, because it was close to everything. We had 8 adults in our group and we enjoyed the front porch, back deck, and game room. Loved how well the kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking and grilling stress free. A very enjoyable, beautiful and peaceful stay!

This is at least the 6th time my family and I have gone through Am Pat. Everytime we've ever rented a cabin we (and whoever has stayed with us) has been more than impressed. This last time I called to book a stay under the minimum # of nights and again, y ou went out of your way to make it work. The gentlemen I called on the weekend was more than helpful. The one time I didn't get my emailed instructions, I called and they had noticed they had taken my email down wrong and immediately sent everything out. From having minor issues with key boxes and check ins you guys never let me down and keep facilitating incredible memories for me and my family. Can't wait until we want another vacation in the smokies! THANKS AGAIN!

10 of our friends gathered here for a Gatlinburg wedding. This cabin made us never want to leave, not even to get out and tour!. Not only was it gorgeous, beautiful layout, perfect view of the mountains, it was fully equipped for 10 people to stay comforta bly and had everything we could ever need for a home away from home! There was a table lamp on the little table in the living room between the recliners. It had a very frayed and unsafe cord on it...we removed it and put it in the pantry closet. Otherwise, our stay at Moose Mountain Lodge and with APG was its usual amazin g experience. we stay with you often, appreciate the cleanliness and value of your properties. We will be back.

We used your services for the first time although we are yearly visitors to Gatinlinburg. I was extremely impressed with the booking process and the knowledge that your booking agent displayed. We love the area of Settler's Ridge and after searching c abins for rent in that area I came across Moose Mountain Lodge. It suited our needs, so I booked our stay. Everything from then on continued to be wonderful. Everytime I asked questions, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The cabin was fantastic, th e early checkin because of the snow alert, the prompt fixing of the fireplace downstairs, all of it perfectly handled. We really enjoyed our stay at Moose Mountain Lodge! We had 9 very good friends getting together for a 50th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. We enjoyed a day of shopping and hiking and then relaxed in the hot tub to end the day. The cabin and scenery were both so beautiful!

Moose Mountain Lodge was an unbelievable cabin. We had 4 adults and 4 children and still had plenty of room to spare. Everything was extremely clean, TV's and fireplaces all worked great. Had one power outage problem with transformer box and called cust omer service and it was fixed right away. I would definitely stay in this cabing again!

Moose Mountain Lodge was just right for our family of nine--six adults and three children, but it was more expensive than we like. Everything was in great condition except the pull-out bed in the living room. Also one of the shower doors downstairs came off. The nine year old said, "I am in heaven. I don't want to leave, but I miss my Mama." My adult daughter said, "Spend our inheritance and buy this cabin." That about sums it up. We all enjoyed the decks and the views from there, the game room, an d the hot tub.

Our cabin was near spotless when we arrived! We had a wonderful time there, very relaxing all 8 days! Neighborhood was quiet and clean as well. We as "flatlanders" found the road up interesting (our 4 kids thought it was great fun) but adjusted quickly t o it! Thanks for a great experience! Oh, FYI, if you take one of the adult rockers and wedge it under one of the logs at the end of the trash bin, the racoons can't get into the trash container. Even latched they could.

We loved the Moose Mountain Lodge during our recent stay. It was perfect for our family gathering, especially with the game room with 3 different games, as well as board games. The views were incredible and the cabin was very well stocked in the kitchen area. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a whisk, believe it or not. The skillet, 3 coffee pots and George Foreman big grill were all nice to have at our disposal. The kids got a kick out of seeing the raccoons on the decks each night - the one suggestion is maybe put a small broom/dust pan outside somewhere so each day we could sweep up the raccoon droppings rather than getting paper towels and doing the job. We will definitely keep this cabin in mind for future family stays. The Settler's Ridge area was the nicest we have stayed at yet in the Smokies.

Despite mother nature ruining our Christmas trip to Gatlinburg the people at American Patriot were so wonderful in giving us another opportunity to enjoy their property. We came back in April and had perfect weather, delightful cabin and all our family fr om 3 different states had no problem getting there. We had a great family reunion celebrating birthdays, new baby, and a 63rd anniversary. Cabin was very clean, well furnished, and kitchen well equipped. Game room was enjoyed by all and gas grill was great! Enough hot water for showers was an issue. We were there during a major storm, so candles or flashlights would have been nice for pending power outage. I would definitely use this property again.

We absolutely loved staying at the Moose Mountain Lodge. It was perfect for our family's needs because we had four children under two. The sheets and beds were comfy and cozy. The place was super clean. Everything worked as it should. We noticed when we looked over our balcany that there was some cans and trash, so my oldest granddaughter (she's 10) and I went around and gathered up two plastic grocery bags full of trash. We didn't mind doing it, and enjoyed the experience with the "spotters" up abov e on the balcony. Other than that trash, the place was so very clean. When we visited the pool twice, the bathrooms were not clean at all. Thankfully we didn't need to use them. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed that very much. We would love to sta y again some time and I would definately use American Patriot Getaways.

We had great assistance each time we called for questions/help. The cabin was great. Only problem could not get DVD to work on either TV systems. Game room was fun for the whole family. Had new family member with us and enjoyed the experience. Looking a t getting several other families members to come next year perhaps for a reunion. Would be interested in cabin not soo high up but good road acccest. Same great size and amenities as this cabin. Perhaps just half way up the mountain but still good vie w.
