Cabin was amazing as were the views. Best part was the daily bear visitors. Road to get there is pretty steep and was during the hurricane that blew through making it a little dicey going up but would gladly stay in this cabin again.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and location. Drive up was pretty steep (we drove up when the hurricane was coming through heavy rain), but the cabin was amazing. Our daily visitors was nice even saw mama and 2 cubs. Highly recommend.

We booked this cabin not realizing that the roads to get there are absolutely wild! Two lanes but we were not sure how two cars would ever fit. I can’t imagine it in the winter! We had two 4door trucks which made maneuvering around hard until you got down to the roads with lines. In the summer, best to bring a small car. Even people in town eyes widened when we said where we were staying. Besides arriving during a thunderstorm, it was great. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and clean. Waking up to the view of the smokies was spectacular. Amenities were great. We saw 5-10 bear every single day! One even attempted to get into our trucks like a human- using the door handles. It was hilarious, but leave your cars locked and no food inside the cars! Cabin location was great. We really enjoyed our time there, and didn’t even mind a completely rainy day when we were stuck inside.

From starting our search for the perfect cabin for our family till the day we left was an amazing experience. All the info provided on the website makes ideal to choose the right cabin. Definitely plan on using Patriot getaways for all our trips to the smokey mountains

Over the Top cabin and view was spectacular! The details in the cabin, including soaps and dish soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc, was an awesome touch. We would be more than happy to come back and stay at this property.

This house was excellent. It was very clean upon arrival. Our kids loved the telescope and available games to relax and play after a long day of exploring. The beds were all comfortable. We only had one issue with one of the A/C units in one of the upstair s rooms (which could have been user error, not sure), but the company came right out and fixed it for us. We saw several bears walk by our cabin! The kids loved it! We would defiantly recommend this cabin and stay again. The location was perfect, just a sh ort drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed twice with Patriot Getaways and would use them again.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and has every feature a mature family could ever need. Beds were so comfy! The drive was a little tricky but worth it! Will stay here again for sure.

This is our 3rd stay at this property and we absolutely love it! Only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror somewhere and the hot tub is about due for a replacement. We loved the new furniture that was added!

The cabin was great and the view was beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. My dates had to change for military reasons and the staff was very helpful.

We enjoyed staying at Ober the Top Views. The cabin is lovely, peaceful, and great for families to have space for everyone. The drive to the cabin isn?t for the faint of hearts and getting into the driveway is a bit difficult, but worth the views. We enjoyed seeing the bear that passed by the cabin. Overall, we are grateful for the memories made at the cabin.

Loved location and cabin. Will stay again. There were a couple cleanliness issues, we went to place something on the mantle and had lots of dead bugs and dust. Several big balls of hair dust bunnies around and dirty wash cloths were left in both upstairs bathrooms. They view was awesome but if a couple of the branches could be trimmed it could be so much better. Had bears every day which was best part of the stay. Cabin was well equipped. Loved the bunks in upstairs bedrooms.

We have been visiting Gatlinburg for over 40 years and have stayed in various places but this cabin is at the top of our list now! Located in a private setting, with plenty of parking for 3+ vehicles, there is attention to detail in every aspect of the cab in. Everything from the furnishings, tasteful and fun decorations, appliances, wood work, to the kitchen cabinets, there is quality (note, even the kitchen drawers are dovetail constructed). The huge windows in the front of the cabin provided absolutely fa bulous views! We were able to enjoy the hot tub and fireplace on a cool October evening and even had the awesome opportunity to observe 3 bear cubs playing in the hammock (one of the highlights of our trip!). The owners of Ober The Top Views have created a wonderful atmosphere/experience to make life long memories with family or friends. We will definitely rent this cabin again...and again!!

We don?t have enough good things to say about this property. Everything was amazing. From the upgraded amenities, to the cleanliness of the cabin, to the location, and atmosphere. Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. We saw at least 10 bears w hile we were there as well. We would never want to stay anywhere else in the Smokies except this cabin. It is above and beyond our expectations.

We have booked this rental property multiple times and will continue to book it! The location and the view are absolutely perfect! This trip though we were hoping for snow, which we got! However the steps iced up soo fast and their wasn't a shovel or any r ock salt for us to use. We actually ended up using dust pans to clean off the driveway hahah.

this was our third stay w Patriot getaways. I wouldnt even look at any other companys for our stays. Ober the top cabin was beyond gorgeous. It was a bit of a trek up the mountain and parking 2 full size pick ups was a challenge but well worth it !!!Thank you for never disappointing with your cabin rentals

This cabin exceeded our expectations, which was already rather high. Its layout and set up is perfect. The accommodations was well thought out to ensure virtually everything youd need was there. The hot tub and games were great especially in the even ings. The view was incredible! Overall we couldnt be happier. We will definitely be looking at this property again in the future for our next trip to the Smokies. Thank you for helping make this a fantastic vacation.
