We had an issue with our refrigerator not working properly. I made a phone call and the issue was addressed immediately and repaired the next day. We were also reimbursed for the food we lost. This was excellent customer service. We loved the location of our cabin. The layout of the bedrooms worked well for the group we had. We were a little disappointed to see all of the bedrooms didn't have a tv. This wasn't a big issue but something future guests might appreciate.

Would definitely use American Patriot Getaways in the future. Good, friendly staff, easy to make reservations or to reach with questions. This is the third time we have rented cabins from them and were pleased with the service and the cabins. Our cabin was clean, spacious and allowed me,my 3 sisters and my our mother to have a memorable time together. The cabin was easy to get to and other than the four steps to get to the main floor, my 94 year old mother was able to use her walker and had plenty of room t o maneuver in the cabin.

I was grateful for the phone call I received enduring the 8 hrs of drive time and 4.5 hrs away from our cabin destination. The readiness for plan A & B was used in our situation to accomadate the ammenities that was fully paid for in advance. Cabin A did n ot have pool access,however Cabin B had those ammenities that was used for our daughter who has a severe disability.I believe in the future I will continue to reside in Brookstone Village. Crystal and Summer did a great job! Always,have a plan B. I s topped by the office to drop off 2 Chocolate Bars for the girls from my wife and I,as an expression of thanks.Now I'm back to work in St Louis,Mo. Respectfully Yours, Jim Moose
