This was our first time traveling and staying in Pigeon Forge. This cabin had everything that we were looking for plus it is conveniently located to many attractions. It was quite spacious and the 9 of us never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend s taying here.

This is the second time I have used this company and both times have exceeded expectations. We stayed at The Big View and had some minor maintenance issues and were resolved within the hour. The staff is very helpful when booking cabins and were able to an swer any and all questions about properties. I will continue to use this company every time we visit the Great Smoky Mountains!

We had two minor issues that were resolved immediately. The cabin was great. My family loved their separate rooms and decks as there were three levels to the Big View cabin. The views were beautiful. We sat on the decks a lot and enjoyed the view. My g irls loved the hot tub. They also went to the pool at the resort every afternoon. We had plenty room for my family of seven. The first night we arrived it rained and was raining the next morning so we sat on the decks and watched the rain and the clouds lift up when the rain stopped. Was a stay in day and so peaceful. We loved it . The staff was so nice and friendly. My grandkids didn?t want to leave. One happy customer and loved this cabin.

The cabin was gorgeous! The view was beautiful and very relaxing! It was the perfect cabin for our stay. It was close to Pigeon Forge and to Gatlinburg, which made getting around easy. We all had so much fun and was very sad to leave on our last day. We wi ll definitely come back again and reserve this cabin again! The only complaint was that we wish there was a bigger swimming pool. The pool was very nice, but it was always a little crowded. We had a great vacation there!

We had a great time at "The Big View." The view was spectacular and we really enjoyed relaxing. grilling out. and the hot tub. The top floor bedroom with the 2 queen beds had a door that would not shut or lock. It was not a problem but needs fix rything else was spectacular!

This was a very nice cabin and the view was big. This is my seventh weeks stay with APR, in the last 3 years and have not been disappointed yet. Would love to see some kind of loyalty rewards for those returning customers. The half off on Christmas Eve an d Christmas day bookings was very nice this past year. Just booked a week in October. Our family of ten stayed in the cabin. We were all very pleased at the ease of checking in and especially the cleanliness of the property. We had a baby with us who was able to crawl around freely on such clean floors! Our only suggestion might be to provi de more garbage bags. Our stay was exceptional! We have used American Patriot Getaways several times over the years and will continue to do so in the future!

We are a group from Louisville Ky who come to the area every year to play golf. This was our seventh year and our 5th with American Patriot. This was our second time with this cabin. We especially like the special where we can pay for two nights and get a third night free. That makes it worth our while. The cabins we have stayed in have all been very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. We hope to continue the tradition.

We will definitely rent this cabin again. It was perfect for our family of 9. We have stayed at many cabins in TN and have never been disappointed. We loved the picnic table on the deck. That was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable. We woul d actually like to know what kind of mattresses they are if you wouldn't mind checking for us. The only thing we didn't like was adding the cleaning fee as that is to be expected with the cost of the cabin. We look forward to our next visit as this is one of the best mountain views we have seen. Thank you to the owners for sharing their cabin with us!

The original property we booked burned in the fire so this was a replacement but we were pleasantly surprised. In fact, we may book it again. Very clean, lots of cooking tools in the kitchen and every bedroom having its own bath was great.

It was perfect. Even better than expected. Everyone I talked to to rent was wonderful! The hot tub was almost empty and someone came quickly! The theater room was awesome!
