We really enjoyed our stay in The Sugar Shack cabin. Beautiful view, lots of room and very clean! The cabin was located close to everything but not being right in the busy traffic area. It was in a great location. Loved that we could get to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge easily. Loved our stay & would definitely stay here again!

This was the first time using your website and staying in the cabin. The cabin was large enough that we could all spread out and not feel like we were right up on top of each other. The cabin is located in a spot that takes in the beauty of the mountains. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We look forward to booking again in the future. Goodbye hotels.

We loved our vacation and the time we spent at the Sugar Shack. The cabin was clean and in great condition. We have stayed in other cabins, but found this to be our favorite one so far. The cabin was the perfect size for our family and the view was great a s well. We will definitely stay here again the time we visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Using American Patriot Getaways was extremely easy to check-in/check-out and they answered any questions that we had before our vacation.

The cabin and the views were amazing we have been to Gatlinburg before but this was the first time we stayed in a cabin and we will certainly do it again it was the most relaxing time we have ever had already planning next year we are really looking forwa rd to it Sincerely Sandra

the cabin was beautiful, we loved our stay there and would love to stay there again, we visit the smokies 3 or 4 times a year. i have rented thru american patriot for the last 15 or more years and the experience has always been excellent.

My Husband and I stayed at "The Sugar Shack" from Sept 22-24th 2017 for our 10yr Wedding Anniversary Getaway. I wanted to start off by letting you know that this getaway was Amazing from beginning to end.It started by speaking to one of your sweetest and most accommodating Customer Service Reps,ย Selena. I called there and informed her we stayed at you place before and she noticed it was back in 2006 (which I couldn't even believe it was that long ago), I told her when we stayed there we enjoyed the cabin we were in and how much we needed this trip due to my sister and her family are living w/ us for 6 months while their home is being built. Selena not only reached out by looking for a beautiful cabin for us but put her heart into understanding my feelings and truly what this trip meant to my husband and I. We do not getaway often to stay the least due to my husb owning his own remodeling company and his busy sched plus finances can be tight at times. She completely understood and also gave us 35% discount
