What an amazing experience! Bessy Bear's cabin was everything we expected for a Smokey Mountain getaway and more. The cabin was spotless and well-appointed. The kitchen had every amenity you could possibly ask for. The shower had wonderful pressure and the fixtures were immaculate. This surpassed what we were expecting; I'm hoping this cabin is available come November for our wedding anniversary.

Me and my family stayed in this cabin over memorial day weekend. 100 satisfied with everything. From the time that I booked the cabin, till we checked out. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge. This cabin was everything that was advertised and more. It was clean well stocked very comfortable very quiet and cozy. The one and only thing that I have to complain about and it?s really not a complaint was the hot tub could not use the hot tub due to the fact never came up to temperature. You can exp ect me and my family to stay at this cabin, or any other American patriot getaway locations. Would recommend American patriot getaways to other people in the future.

Bessy Bear Cabin was wonderful and immaculate! So nice to spend a few days there. Easy to get to, easy to check in and check out. Great location also which we loved away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. I made my reservation by phone and my ag ent that I spoke to was awesome?she was just great. We (Family of 4) just spent 4 nights in Bessy Bears Cabin. Overall, this is a top quality cabin. Very clean upon arrival, we disinfected surfaces and door handles ourselves only because of Covid, and my personal reasons. Please note, the hot tub is quit e small, only two people could use it at a time, but it was clean and HOT! Very relaxing at the end of a long day sight seeing. As far as kitchen items, this kitchen is very well stocked! We did bring our own griddle, but noticed, only one "appliance" c ould be plugged in at time, otherwise a breaker would blow. We called the company, and they immediately came and fixed it. The next day, we blew another breaker by using the toaster and Kuerig. This time my husband called and they told us where the brea ker box was and he fixed it himself. Not a huge issue, but was easily fixed, just a small inconvenience. Bathrooms were very clean, plenty of towels/washcloths. Kitchen had dishwasher tabs and also dish soap. I recommend bringing your own hand soap for

The perfect ambience for a few days getaway! Cabin was clean, functional and purposeful. Definitely would recommend providing more dish towels as one set on the stove is not nearly enough for any length of stay with cooking/grilling and the amount of dis hes that a full capacity of 8 could endure quickly. As a previous review stated regarding the need to bring a wine bottle opener, that has been resolved and there is one in the kitchen cabinet. Would definitely encourage folks who aren't typical "hot t ub" gurus, that if you have any intention on utilizing the first night of your stay, that one of the first things you do is turn in on to the SL (standard) setting and turn the temperature to your desired liking, as it will take some time to heat up. Exc ellent option for the money and convenience to downtown Gatlinburg!

Beautiful cabin had plenty of room for our family of 4. Our 2 teenage boys loved the video game. The cabin is so close to Gatlinburg. The loft has a futon but if someone is downstairs watching tv it makes it difficult to sleep because the light from the tv is bright. . I hung a blanket over the rail and it helped block out the light from the tv. The location is in an area with trees all around. There is construction being done on a new house across the road. This cabin is right near the arts and craft loop! Overall we loved our stay and cant wait to come back.
