We absolutely love Trappers Trace...We have stayed 2 years in a row and plan to stay again. The location is perfectly placed in the middle of the moutain. The roads are fresh paved amd it is quiet and comfortable. We would absolutetly recommend this vabin to anuone with pets or small family.

Although we encountered a water issue and then had to vacate for safety, we were placed in a fantastic upgraded cabin and were given a discount without having to ask. I really appreciate the great customer service and this is a major reason I would be a re peat customer if and when we come back to the area.

The staff there was excellent! The night we arrived I got lost in town and the gentleman on duty went above and beyond to get someone to drive & direct us to the original cabin we rented. Then the next morning we had an issue with the first cabin . My wife couldn't climb the stairs to the bed and bath room, we didn't know that they were on different floors when we booked it. We thought we would have to leave, & call off our vacation, but I called the lady at customer service to see if there was anything tha t could be done. She found us another cabin in short order that met all of our needs. Basically your staff was professional and attentive to our special needs, they saved our vacation. Thank you very much.

The cabin was beautiful. The driveway was a little sketchy but we were able to get three cars in it. The drive to the cabin is definitely steep but manageable. Everything was clean and spacious. Hot tub was nice and clean. Definitely enjoyed our time!

Great stay at trappers trace. Very nice cabin. I have used American patriot getaways before and other cabin rentals and have learned the hard way American patriot getaways is the best. Never any issues. Very nice and would recommend them to anybody.

Trappers trace was everything we could of hoped for. The cleanliness of the cabin was super and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our only disappointment was the 65 to 72 degree weather at the end of Nov. that did not require us to use the fire place for warmth and/or the ambience. Certainly not complaining as our Lord always provides all we need and what is best. We thank you and your staff, all that was promised was provided. Trappers Trace is a lovely cabin and we immediately felt at home. This is the first time we have traveled with our two dogs and they too felt immediately at ease. The cabin was very clean and the furniture was perfect and extremely comfortable. It had e verything we needed for a restful and fun few days. Everyone we spoke to at American Patriot Getaways was very professional, friendly and helpful. We love the Smokey Mountains and will be back in the near future. We will recommend APG to anyone who plans a trip there.

We had a wonderful time. Cabin is located in an excellent place, easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Had plenty of room. Cabin was clean. We were visited by bears twice. What an experience. Our only concern was the drive way. Have to be very carefu l getting in and getting out of it. We would stay with Patriot again. Thanks.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable.... We enjoyed ourselves very much. The washing machine did not work. Turned out, the breaker was off. I turned it on, so it was not an issue. I would be happy to stay in this cabin again, and will reccomend America n Patriot Getaways to friends and family

My wife, my friends, and I considered this one of the best vacations we have ever had! Especially since the property we selected was a 50%-off deal, the value was outstanding. We have already decided that we will try to do the same thing next year, and w e will SURELY give American Patriot Getaways the first crack at our business. To clarify some items above, we had no maintenance issues and had no personal contact with APG personnel. However, the website was very user-friendly and informative. A young lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful--sorry I can't recall her name! All in all, we were VERY satisfied with our cabin and our dealings with APG. Thank you for a lovely experience!
