From the moment we walked into Summitt Glory we knew we loved it! Absolutely loved the home and the view. Our bear visitor was a plus even though he didn't stay long. The checkout code was missing so I needed to stop down at the office (glad people where there, it was before scheduled opening time) None of our family was ready to leave, we loved our stay.

First, I?d just like to say how great the customer service at American Patriot Getaways is. I have used their services multiple times and they are, without question, the best! Every person I have ever talked to was incredibly friendly and they go above a nd beyond to accommodate you. I?m sure they are always swamped with calls, but they always make you feel like your call is their top priority. The Summit Glory property is absolutely amazing! Simply gorgeous! The pictures shown online do not do this place justice. The views are incredible! And, sitting around the fire pit on the deck at night with the family was the perfect ending to every day. Our next trip to the area will, without hesitation, be spent again at this property.

My family and I traveled to Tennessee for a quick family get-away. The home "Summit Glory" was located in a perfect location. What the pictures showed on the website was exactly we received. The heat on the lower lever did go out however American Patriot r esolved the issue so quickly that even in the mist of it being a little cold ~ we didn't realized that the heat was out. Meaning that our trip was not interrupted. Staff was so friendly and quick to resolve any issue. Followed up on everything that they pr omised. The rep. that took care of us (Ashley ~ I think) was willing to move us to a different house if they could not resolved the issues. By night fall space heaters were provided which kept the home nice and toasted. I love this beautiful home and the staff at America Patriots.

We have been coming to the Smoky Mountains as a family for almost 15 years. We have always had good accommodations and rental companies that went above and beyond to make our stay was always what we had hoped it would be. This year was no exception. Our fi rst time using American Patriot Getaways and staying in the magnificent home called Summit Glory. We had a wonderful long weekend in the mountains and were blown away by this beautiful home and the fabulous staff who worked to make sure all our needs were met efficiently.
